As you know Jim this is a quote driven market and there was no way Janus could forsee the latest pump.

I suggest (I don't know) that Janus did know about this court case in SL and this is the reason they sold. To dump that much stock in one go in an equity with poor liquidity would require significant price negotiation with the AX MM.

0.75 is all they could get.
