The 525m performance shares are already paid for as part of Sale consideration when RTO deal was structured. They are held in Escrow on behalf of Keras Resources to be released as the 2 milestones are achieved. (1) 500,000 oz mineral resources due in Dec (410k oz currently). KRS will get 250m shares in Calidus. (2) PFS (pre feasibilty study) planned for summer 2018. KRS get another 275m After which KRS will hold 742m shares in Calidus Resources which is quite a substantial holding. Hope it helps.

gmcc, Both Manganese & Cobalt are 'Jewels' and should play a significant role in coming years. Just waiting for the political situation in Togo to stabilise before permits can be issued. Parked for now and resting. None of them priced in KRS share price currently. That would provide a nice boost once they come online. In the meantime focus is on AUS gold assets that should provide a huge uplift soon after the resource upgrade is announced. That does NOT cover any drilling of the deeper zones. Quarterly update of the MRE (mineral resource estimate) going forward would be nice for continued momentum throughout 2018. KRS currently at 'Bargain' basement price when compared to MCap of other gold explorers with NO JORC resource.

Warrawoona project is getting bigger all the time. 'Klondyke' deposit is turning out to be much larger than originally thought, with high grades near surface & at depth. If the geology that Dave Reeves refers to extends up to 2km deep, then we could be sitting on a monster gold deposit. Kalgoorlie 'Super-Pit' gold mine is only 570 metres deep. Early days yet, but what if this deposit eventually ends up bigger or at PAR with 'Super Pit' ? Now that could be life changing in the true sense for all shareholders.

Agree. Conglomerate style gold nuggets was always going to be an extra bonus. If you stumble across gold nuggets, then grab them and sell them to market without incurring too much cost and just generate extra cash on the side. DR focus has always been on proving up traditional good old conventional hardcore gold deposit that seems to get bigger in size as we move forward. Near surface Open pit & at depth is what all Gold Majors want and will pay Top $$$ for a decent quality gold deposit. Got a feeling Calidus Resources will be Taken Over by a Gold major before next Christmas (2018).

Gmcc. some great posts over the weekend. I am simply highlighting the undervalued nature of Calidus on ASX vs its Pilbara peers lot of whom have shot up too much too fast. Market adjustment will happen sooner or later as it's not sustainable. Calidus on the other hand is proving and building up a solid traditional gold deposit both near surface & at depth that seems to get even bigger and looks like a Multi-million oz Gold deposit, AIM is a funny market trading more on sentiment & less on fundamentals. Imho

Applegarth There will be a rotation from some other AIM stocks into KRS as it gains further traction in coming weeks. Resource Upgrade in my view would be the ultimate trigger for the break out. Could happen ahead of the resource upgrade in Dec. Calidus Resources itself is undervalued vs other Pilbara peers. Keras is further undervalued vs Calidus performance since June launch which makes KRS as DOUBLE undervalued. There should be rotation in AUS gold explorers also as the hype around pure conglomerate plays tapers off. Smart money should soon start coming into both Calidus and Keras. I am now OVERWEIGHT on Keras with slight reduction in my ggp position.

WOBF We should see Calidus share price lot higher than just 8c with so many price moving catalysts around the corner. My own prediction for CAI price in Jan 2018 is 12c-15c I think smart money in AUS will start coming out of Novo and Artemis and into Calidus.

Klondyke strike is 7.5km of which only 2km has been included in the 410,000 oz to date. Upcoming resource upgrade will provide more insight. But so far we got on average 187,000 per km of strike (374k from 2 km) Above is only from near surface, Open in all directions and down dip. As per Dave Reeves geology suggests high grades could extend up to 2 km depth. Then we could be sitting on a monster Gold deposit, may be bigger if not same as Kalgoorlie 'Super-Pit' gold mine just at Klondyke. No wonder Dave is excited and I fully share that excitement. Been adding @ 0.45 before it really takes off. Anyone can google dimensions of the Kalgoorlie Super Pit gold mine which are: 3.5km long, 1.5km wide and 560m deep. Total resource: 120m oz. They just poured 60th million ounce this year. Building a potential hardcore conventional, large, Open pit gold deposit of that sort of size takes time. KRS share price is way undervalued any which way I look at it. Its not IF but When the share price takes off. With major near term price catalysts the overdue re-rate could be fast and furious. Imho

...contd... If KRS want at some point in future, they can buy about 2.4% of Calidus shares in the Open market and then control 50.1% of Calidus. At that point Calidus will become a subsidiary of KRS. Both KERAS and CALIDUS will operate as separate, independent Legal entities.

WOBF, You were using the wrong denominator of shares. 2261.8m is KRS own shares in issue. You need Calidus shares in issue today + KRS performance shares that Calidus is holding in Escrow A/c. Calidus shares currently in issue = 1.03 Bn After 250m tranche = 1.253 Bn After 275m tranche = 1.555 Bn KRS would own approx. 48% of ALL Calidus assets including 48% of their CASH balance (217.25 + 250 + 275) = 742.25m

WOBF, Agree. I envisage +100% upside from current entry price. Resource upgrade next month would provide a double boost: * Increase in Calidus share price * Increase in KRS holding in Calidus (more than doubles) I envisage new Upgraded resource to come anywhere between 800k to 1m oz. That would double the mineral resource in the INDICATED category. 41km of 'extensive conglomerate outcrops' will be the extra bonus. KRS is still under the radar. 'Herd' no where near it yet. Glad Dave Reeves marketing WARRAWOONA to US investors who have a much bigger appetite for AUS gold miners. Newmont, Barrick and few others already have a foothold in Pilbara. Kirkland Lake and Sprott Asset Management have also recently taken stakes in NOVO and few other Pilbara gold explorers. Calidus JV with Novo also puts KRS in the spotlight. This has Multi-bagger written all over it.

Total current JORC resource is 410,000 oz * Klondyke = 374,000 oz * Copenhagen = 36,000 oz Klondyke 374k mineral resource comes from only 2km of the 7.5km strike @ 187,000 oz per Km. Total estimated ounces from Klondyke full 7.5km strike = 1.4m oz That is 3.75x times current 374,000 oz from just Klondyke deposit. Add to that potential mineral resource from other tenements, we are potentially looking at a MULTI-million gold resource here. That's all near surface, without even getting to the Deeper targets/ zones. Upside from current price could be phenomenal in my view.

May be 0.699p is a Pre-view of things to come here in coming days........lol Fasten you seat belts folks for the ride, it's coming. Price is NOT going to be static @ 0.45p forever especially with so many near-term Price catalysts about to kick in.

Calidus share price should also get a massive boost from the Resource Upgrade. KRS 467.25m holding in Calidus @ 4.5c (today's price) values KRS @ 0.54p a share. Keeping Calidus share price static @ 4.5c . Very much doubt CAI price will stay at 4.5c after a resource upgrade. (467.25 @ 4.5c / 1.72 / 2261.8m shares) = 0.54p (minimum)
