I just quickly looked at the projects section in their last Quarterly report to get an idea what current projects they got as been a while since i looked at THR (used to have only Dundas, SpringHill and Molyhill). Very pleased to see they got lot more projects which should drive value UP the chain fast. Fundraise @ 0.80 and warrants @ 1.2p is a very good sign. Raised funds very close to Market Price at the time bodes very well and displays confidence.

Share price generally moves towards the warrants price.... for warrants to be "In the money" price got be higher than 1.2p for them to be exercised and be profitable. That's just in general, so I would expect to see 1.5p - 2.0p in coming weeks may be sooner.

Used to be in THR years ago.....looking to add some here after reading their latest RNS. Pilot Mountain Tungsten project looks very promising, yet MCAP is only �4m ??? No wonder PJ wants to see this move up the Value chain fast with finance sorted now. ....."strategic finance to advance the Company's key projects towards commercialisation".... Then you got 4 other projects: * Molyhil * Lithium - Arizona & New Mexico * Dundas - Gold project * Spring Hill - Gold project MCAP of �4m is really tiny. Does NOT reflect anywhere close to fair value in my view. This could re-rate pretty fast from here on.

Moneybarn Moneybarn has continued to enjoy a good flow of new business volumes during the third quarter of the year. Nominal consideration generally means very low figure, sometimes just £1.00 not saying that's what is being offered here. But folks need to be aware and not get disappointed in case the offer came at nominal £1.00 only. Remember when ING bought Barings for a nominal £1.00 price back in 1995 because Barings had £800m of trading losses and were not covered by their assets at the time. Sale consideration was effectively the discharge of liability, amount that Barings owed the Futures exchange. Company would be happy with potential elimination of some of the liabilities. However too many conditions seem to be attached with this indicative proposal.

I am out, just about broke even today after 2 weeks, buying on the spike. I know it was my decision, got caught up with all the ramping at the time. I am always highly suspicious of all the Twitteratzi gangs out there with their own agenda. Next accounts might not look good as previously company reported LOSS of 83p a share. With NO new contracts or any new business since last year, I foresee another Loss coming through in next accounts at the end of this month. Personally I am not comfortable with Assets being lower than Debt. Accounts don't look right to me. Don't know how can anyone buy a company with negative Capital ? Nigel, You make good sensible points. Unfortunately 'Human nature' takes over common sense sometimes and we end up making a rash investment decision. We have all done it and bought on the spike. Research is key, people should never buy just based on what they read on this board. I also got caught up in the hype and topped up at 5.20 pence few days ago when there was no need to really as I had bought earlier just under 4p. So my average is higher compared to others, but there is nothing we can do really, except wait for full year results at end of September and hope for the best, otherwise I will just write off my investment. Twitteratzi gang, BMD, Nick Duke, and few others in disguise, are all out there looking after their own interests. They don't work for you. Also lot of AIM punters have very short time span. They want to make a quick buck today, not in a month or two as they need to release funds for their next punt. GLA

I have no idea where this 15p figure and few others floating around have come from? To be honest even company is not certain whether they can achieve a sale as they say there is no guarantee. In my own opinion until the company releases their full year results at end of September, no party would be in a position to buy any business unit. For that they would want to see the full year results and look for any improvements Vs last half year results before they can put a price on anything, e.g. Is the business unit still loss making? or have the losses slowed down compared to past year, etc. That would be simple common sense. In the meantime, traders will trade this share to a certain extent. After a while volumes drop and traders move on to the next punt. That's typical AIM for you. Any long term potential is very difficult to predict at this stage and market hates uncertainty. For any LTH best option might be to hold on to it. imho, dyor

Bought some here on Thursday. Let's see how this plays out over next 3-6 months.
