In my view this is headed towards +1p just for starters in coming days. Today's RNS puts +3p as guide offer price in my honest opinion, otherwise they would not have issued this RNS. Assets are worth lot more than current £3m MCap.

This should gradually increase over coming days to a more realistic and higher Sale Offer price. WTI are effectively inviting Offers after the Strategic Review as far as I can see.

Hawk, They all want lower entry....LoL. Coz they very well know, this is about to gain some traction.

(1) RNS giving current Directors Holdins as WTI is the offeree. That is needed i think in TakeOver / Formal Bid situation. (2) RNS also states Exercise price of additional shares the Directors can convert all at over +3p a share. Bidder needs to acquire both: * Issued & To be Issued shares. That is generally the Standard wording in TakeOver / Sale offer talks. Imho, Dyor.

I would have thought +3p. Big clue in today's RNS. Directors holdings- Exercise price for all is over 3p. They would want Price offered above +3p. IMHO.

They cannot fight the Market. Sale offer price could be much higher. I think MMs desperately trying to help mates close their SHORTS.

52 week high was +3.65p Just a month ago this was over +0.80p Today seems like 75% SALE price. Offer price should be at Multiples in my view.

May be he is looking for a lower entry...LoL. We all know they got 4 back to back drills in 2018 starting with Snow Leopard soon. Company is actively dealing with 3 blocks at the same time for different things (Blocks 4, 5 and 20). Keeping Market informed to the best they can while dealing with different parties and The Govt departments / ministry, etc. Not sure what the issue is here as some suspect posters make it out? I do not see any issues with Operational timelines and guidance provided.

I see NO issues here. All is on track. News will come soon. Give or take few days here n there makes no difference. Mike Buck knows what he is doing. He got his own £250,000 invested here after he joined as CEO. He said himself, he would not have taken the job if he did not believe in MATD potential. Sit tight and let things unfold.

Last year annual revenues were £1.8m which is more than current MCap.....totally insane. Another perfect example of Market disconnect. MCap should be at least 2 to 3 times current level at a minimum in my view. Market not pricing in Forward potential at all. At some point sooner or later Market will play catch and re-rate this much higher. This is a hidden gem with massive Upside currently trading at a significant discount to Forward potential. IMHO.

Not directly, but have invested in various Onshore / Offshore explorers over past 10 years. All oil explorers have their own specific logistics planning depending on whether it is Offshore / Onshore drilling they are doing.

Bladderman, Good to see you here. This was already over 120% when I noticed the rise. I try to walk away at that juncture as no point buying the spike when it's about to reverse as Profit taking kicks in. Plenty other stocks on AIM. Another one way undervalued seems to be MOS whose annual Revenues are 'More' than current MCap. RNS there got overshadowed by morning excitement at PIP. Happy for folks who made some money here today. ATB.

Kills your trade soon as you buy in. You are already at a loss with that 12% spread. Only active volumes on RNS day. Then it's a slow drift downward as punters move to their next target. AIM needs regular news flow for continued momentum. ATB.

Agree Mikey. News this week; Land use permit granted and company has started site preparation with Rig mobilisation starting sometime next week. This would jump over +15p in a flash on next RNS. Ignoring other updates that are due also. I would give a week to get site ready and 2-3 weeks Max for Rig mobilisation. Spud still very much on fir end of May/ first week June. IMHO.

Looks like only 24% attributed to the massive growth upside from worldwide subscribers & now the crypto feature also added to the Gaming platform.

That is an anomaly that should correct with time. Quite rare to see MCap of only £1.7m when annual revenues were £1.8m. MCap should be lot higher, at least 3-5 times of annual Revenues. From Half year report RNS: * 1.75m customers in India (up from 750k) * 210,000 paid subscribers (up from 180k) * Cash £1.2m * Raised further £100k * NO debt. * 500k customers added since Mar 2018. Growth in India market is going really strong. MOS currently seems to be very undervalued in my view. Cannot wait for next read on India Subscriber numbers.

Was this at 3p just in Jan 2018? Seems like Half Price SALE is on. Defo worth having some of these in your Portfolio for some Tech exposure.
