BPC exploded +200% in just a day on 1.5 Billion shares in issue on just talks. IMHO, DYOR.

Dusterhater, How the feck price will be same as 12p on Spud. Then you suggest folks will derisk while it moves towards target depth. Where the feck will the rise come from before anyone can even de-risk. Your theory is utterly flawed in my opinion. 20-25p on Spud date is my conservative view. Could be tad higher.

Construction to commence soon. Mongolia is looking for independence from Russian Oil imports and fast tracking its own oil industry. Don't see Visas as an issue at all. There were all sorts of Conspiracy theories last year when Blocks IV and V came up for renewal. It got DONE. Then recently there were conspiracy theories about Land Permits. They also were granted. All is happening on the ground. Drill site preparation works have commenced. Rig is 100% certified and mobilisation initiated. Visas will come in time also. Delay of say one week is no big deal. MATD about to tap into 'Multi-Billion' barrel resource that has been sitting there....upto 900 metres thick Shales in 'lake setting' is Massive. Chinese have +100 Billion barrels from similar Basin rocks. Sit tight and keep the faith. Doom merchants are everywhere on AIM. Current MCap is an absolute joke when compared to others. MCap should have been over +£100m at a minimum same as last year and closer to 21p at minimum at this stage. Imho.

ART123, MCap of HUR approaching close to £1B (£950m currently). MATD MCap is only £60m odd, compared to massive "Multi-Billion" barrels potential. about to tap into. 580MMBO target from just Snow Leopard and Wild Horse in few weeks time. Anything less than 20p a bargain in my view.

Mikey, Excellent post. Manro, I genuinely think it was an oversight on Sinopec with staff Visas...admin error. Happens all the time on daily basis at personal level. MATD is the 'ONLY Mongolian explorer, that seems to have full Govt. backing. The $1B oil refinery construction is further evidence of how Mongolian Oil industry is evolving.

Redmac, SuperRoty, Excellent points. Sinopec has a reputation to protect with global operations in many countries. They have deep pockets. If they want to, they can just buy MATD outright. In my opinion, Sinopec might take an early 10% stake soon after Snow Leopard before taking a much bigger stake just like Petro China eventually bought all 3 Soco Intl. blocks (right next to our Block XX) back in 2011.

This should have moved higher after adding additional 200MMBO to current Oil estimates. MATD now targeting 580MMBO from just 2 wells. Delay is minimal. Each to their own.

Bigbench. Agree. Let the doom merchants do their bit. Visa for Sinopec staff should not be far off. Why would MATD have already started the drill site preparation works otherwise.

And you think folks will stick around till Oct / Nov 2018 and March 2019....get real mate. On AIM folks hardly have any patience.

Petro China subsidiary was the drill contractor for Soco International who initially took 10% stake in their blocks soon after Oil was struck. Then Petro China came in and bought all 3 blocks from Soco International. Might see similar scenario play out here where either Sinopec Or Petro China or both might be looking to take initial stake in MATD blocks. Let's see how this story unfolds in coming weeks / months.

Sinopec Staff visa delay was clearly an over reaction today. Totally over shadowed the additional 400MMBO added to the estimated oil numbers for just Wild Horse and Fox targets.

HoofHated, Sinopec is responsible for their staff visas NOT Mike Buck. Slight delay is caused by Sinopec not MATD. Still Mike Buck has been transparent and stated accordingly. You need to separate your frustrations from facts. (1) Permit granted. (2) Rig mobilisation initiated. (3) Spud end June/ July I am sure as one would expect, Mike Buck would have blasted Sinopec for their incompetence, without putting every minute detail in the RNS. Q2 guidance delayed slightly may be by a week OR two in my opinion, and you start labelling Mike as a 'pollock'....really???
