Feasibility reports generally are done to value an asset AND Normally before a Deal in the making. That should also give Market better idea of Price discovery. Said it from the start, this deal will get wrapped up much sooner. Only because Newmont got restricted to only 19.9% they did the 3 phase development deal securing first refusal. £1.00 a share would only be £150m MCap. 50p values it at £75m MCap. Offer could come anywhere in between and still be pocket change for 17.3 Billion MCap Newmont. Even an ALL share deal could happen, where OMI get Newmont shares. Helll I would be happy in owning shares in Newmont and still retain ALL Upside from Anza. Just a few scenarios that could be in play. IMO.

But whoever it is....wants to put an independent NPV valuation for an early OFFER may be?

Cheaper and quick to BUY OUT high grade quality Gold deposits outright for Gold Majors to replace their declining production profiles due to under-investment in last 10 years.

@ $1300 Gold and $16 Silver (NPV $860m @ $1200 gold and $15 silver).

Noticed that at Continental.....Buritica grades and resource was so good, that they did not bother with PEA (preliminary economic assessment), and instead went straight to 'Feasibility Report' (NI 43-101).

Even @ $1000 Gold price (and $12 silver) Buritica NPV is +$560m (at AISC $492/oz only).

Would anybody hazard a guess at Anza NPV ?

ANZA Dec feasibility coupled with much higher Gold price in 2019, should put rocket under it.

Continental Gold was C$1.50 before 'Buritica' feasibility came out. Next 12m price was C$5.53 a share.

OMI all-time high was £3.00 back in 2006.....would love to see same in coming years, unless TAKEN OVER earlier.

Fully Funding OMI to production is a great deal when you look around rest of AIM companies. Every day other AIM companies have Placing RNS... Angs just had Placing at 9p...

Buying out Anza gold deposit from Waymar was probably single and best investment decision by Orosur management. Anza alone will take OMI to new heights. Averaging @ 10.4 g/t is even higher than Buritica high average grade @ 8.4 g/t. Dec Feasibility should put Anza on the radar of even more Gold Majors. Who knows if we will see the £3 a share Highs back in 2006, but £1.00 is very much a possibility. Will depend if the Gold Majors will let the price get there OR strike a Buy Out early....time will tell. After Dec Feasibility anything can happen. I just want to make sure, we are in it when the news comes. GLA.

Welldone Bhargav and others for accumulating these at curent low prices. Still very cheap.....won't stay this low forever. We saw on Fridays how fast this moves out of no where and on relatively low volume. Imagine the move on higher volume. Not far now before this breaks out after a relatively long period of consolidation. Huge upside from still low levels. Sit tight and watch the exciting developments in coming weeks. Govt took care of cartels after doing some sort of deal few years ago. Newmont would not sink over 100m $$$ in Columbia otherwise, investing in 3 high grade Gold deposits on the rich Mid-cauca Gold belt just in last 18 months.

LSE is so bad in updating....seen on so many other shares, where they still out of date. We should have 150m shares only of which about 50m is held by Top 4 shareholders, including Newmont & Continental.

Good point. Makes it even more compelling to Accumulate & Hold while the prices are low. Think 30p would be rejected by BOD. Bidder war would be interesting. Hear a rumour that Barrick Gold also looking for High grade Gold deposits.

Means Maxit Capital also has a lock in period of 4 months and one day on the shares that were issued to them last week.

Generally speaking, Feasibility reports are normally done to put a Value on the asset.

May be the BIDDER wants an 'Independent' 3rd party validation & NPV valuation, etc.etc.

may be lot of folks locked their holding higher......and not many selling at these levels.

MMs will try to grab some cheap shares.......mine are NOT for sale.

+12p in Nov is my guess.......but given how quick this moves, might even see that next week :-))
