Defo not priced in at all. Thor has many different deposits covering lot of the hot commodities. Will follow up later.

Today's RNS was a validation that THR is going after the GOLD at Ragged range from all angles.

They probably sold a few to raise cash and pay for the 1p warrants when they get new shares.

446 million tonnes JORC resource defined.
4.76 million tonnes JORC reserve defined.

Don't think there's been an official name announced yet, but my own assumption is it would be Adam Habib. He is the one who been working on this deal with Glencore to Co-invest in NRR alongwith Amur for past few months before the 25 Aug investment RNS was released to market.

Both Glencore and CHL (Amur 100% owned) as per 25 Aug RNS. I copied and pasted the RNS extract earlier today.

CHL is a Special purpose vehicle that was set up to execute the NRR deal.

Still not 100% sure, but when you read Adam's comment where he refers to Glencore as "Co-investor" I assumed they had taken both Equity and a seat on the Board just like Amur.

"CHL and Glencore will each be entitled to a seat on the boards of Nathan River Resources and NRR Group Pty Ltd, the NRR Australian holding company."

CHL is 100% owned by AMC and was created as a SPV just to execute the NRR deal.

From 25 AUG RNS...

"The CLNs will have a 14% coupon, paid quarterly, and will be convertible at the holder's option at any time from issue until 15 days prior to their maturity date on the third anniversary of issue. Amur's CLNs will be convertible into 19 per cent of the current issued share capital of NRR".

CLN conversion is always at the Holders option who can exercise that option at anytime by giving company advance notice. Period granted within 3 years.

I see bigger player coming in to develop Kun Manie as the Economics look great and take it to production.

Could be Chinese major player with Kun Manie being only 300km from Chinese border or may be even RIO, BHP, etc.

Chinese need all the Nickel they can get for their booming EV cars growing at 32% CAGR.

Roper Bar deposit has 446m Tonnes of iron ore which would last a life time.

Both GLENCORE and AMUR MINERALS took equity stake in NRR who own 100% Roper Bar.

GLENCORE is also the Off take partner.

They can convert CLN anytime.

They got 194,000 tonnes shipment ready to go.

Current capacity if I'm correct is upto 2 million tonnes.

They would increase it gradually towards the 5m Tonnes.

Wrong. CLN is a convertible loan, to be converted anytime within 3 years at Amur's option whenever they decide.
