Only disappointment would be if THR got sold off to bigger player at low opportunistic Offer price.

Buy at 1p.....sell at 25p in 2-3 years for proper ROI just like GGP is my investment strategy.

If you have done your research properly then you would know that Newmont frst discovery at Carlin trend was a hole with estimated 1m ounces. That known Carlin mine turned out to be 88m ounces.
