Well he must be aware of the NPV figures i would have thought. If I owned over 100m shares in any business I would make sure I am upto date with every single detail.

If say the asset NPV is $200m plus,
Then even after paying 100% premium to us he could scoop it all on the cheap.

Speculation off course, but lot of moving parts here which makes it very interesting indeed.

Company has looked over 70 projects.

obviously would be going for the one with the most upside and highest NPV.
