Which as per CEO, is pretty much as good as you can get on the high end.

Hanc0ck deposit looking much much bigger than just the initial +10.4 MT from only 1/10 drilling done.

Project economics look robust here for high grade iron ore which is a product that is going to be in demand as Global economies spend massive $$$ stimulus on infrastructure.

Even at $80 total cost and $120 price, we should get $40/t profit, generating $50m pa on 1.25 mt production.

10.4Mt is just initial figure as we know which is most likely to be lot lot higher once they been through all of Hanc0ck.

Actual figures / prices achieved might be slightly higher or lower, but ball park i am looking at around $400m from Hanc0ck current 10.4mt

High end figure could be well over +$1 Billion.

Realistically +1p is nailed on short term on Thali farm out deal approval in Cameroon.

Lot higher ahead of Spud. With 80% COS a good result could take it lot lot higher.

Namibia & South Africa would be on top.

News from different projects could come in any order. Just nibbled few more. Cannot second guess exact timing of next RNS. Simply cannot be out on the fence or it would be a scramble to get in lower entry.

Given what we now know from Hanc0ck scoping study results....this is currently way too cheap.

Generally speaking, yes. Company issues warrants and stock options at higher price:

1) as a performance incentive for management to deliver on the growth strategy, and

2) coz they expect higher price in future if they feel company is significantly undervalued.

MMs again, generally speaking work with those numbers only as a guide in the interim. Blockbuster RNS can blow those numbers out of the park in a single trading session sometimes.

That is my observation across many shares over last 20 years. Also comes down to strong management team at the top driving things forward with a strong focus on delivery.

Lot of good companies out there, but some with not so good leadership at the top and no focus.

Thought about a potential Takeover or Buy out of one of the Assets ?

Company might have been run badly by management over past years but Assets are good.
I am giving management a chance to redeem themselves. Will see in 2022 where we are.

Its just settling over the placing price of 0.425
