Difficult to say who took the placing...could be a combination of private investors or Institutional investors.

Stock borrow is big business in the City. Some Institutional investors or HNW private investors could have been offered to participate in an upcoming placing. For a fee they can borrow shares from the "stock borrow desk" and sell into market e.g. at 1.05 or 1.10 and get placing shares at 0.85 making 20 - 25 points a share. Once they receive their placing shares, they simply return borrowed shares back to the stock borrow desk.

Generally speaking thats how it works. At the same time there could also be genuine Institutional investors looking to invest for medium to long term upside. Any TR-1 major shareholder notification would confirm this in coming days. Not all banks / institutions flip for a quick buck $$$.

Unfortunate in the short term in Share price terms but highly beneficial medium to long term, when you know placing funds are going to be used to grow resource at Hanc0ck and EH etc, and also starting to look at the large 'Brockman' deposit.

We could potentially see 200% rise at TRP aslo taking it to 1.50 on deal approval RNS.

1.2 - 1.25 p could be on the low side.

Even at 1.5p MCap here would be only £30m which still would be very cheap. ZPHR 10 x bagged to about £100m MCap.

This should soon become one Hot stock in coming days.

Current MCap is ridiculous with $15m Farm Out and NO DEBT and multi-billion barrels discoveries around us.
