If a rival bidder is building a stake and approaches Amur board with a superior offer, then they might simply put out another RNS disclosing that superior Offer without any suspension. So anything can happen pretty fast before price runs up too high. We still not broken above 4p yet, but just a matter of time.

Some people are simply throwing away their shares. MMs been shafting us all morning to grab cheap shares to fill Large buy orders since yesterday when this hit 4.5p

Company has dropped the hint already with yestetday RNS. Going higher this one. Wish i had more funds to add. Already bought quite a few today. Traders can also trade up if they want. There is good money to be made here for EVERYONE.

Its very simple. You need to look at your own position. Your shares are worth +7p based on initial offer. You can either sell your shares in the open market at +7p when formal offer RNS drops

OR

Hold on for a higher Counter Offer say +10p

Not sure why some people making it complicated when its not.

Upto 100% - 200% upside here.....simples.
