I think the reason POLB appealed to many of us in the first place was the so called capital light model.
The strategy was to identify promising molecules [from, for example, the AI modelling] and do a minimum of work on them before monetizing the result. I thought Jeremy Skillington was quite clear about this.
Now it seems we are merging with an entity that has lost c. 99% of it's value over the last few years and was approaching 'life support' in order to continue as a going concern.
It looks like the typical high cash burn outfit that will require dilution after dilution to fund it's very early stage portfolio.
The science looks interesting and I hope for the sake of humanity it succeeds but I think it's one for philanthropists rather than investors.
