I think AZ is a fully paid up member of the "self preservation society" and when he called his company supply ME - he wasn't kidding!

This has been the longest most drawn out slow motion car(or coach😁)crash in history and I ,,,, and I suspect a good many others , are just holding on and hoping that after end over ending down the road and getting battered to buggery at every turn - we might actually - by some miracle - land on our wheels and start getting somewhere... ANYWHERE! 🙏

That all rings true Oldslow , I can't see them raising enough money to get themselves through to December and then wondering how to keep the lights on in January...

I think it is reasonable to surmise that they expect to have some cash coming in around that time.

Anyway, we will find out soon enough , I am not counting any chickens and I don't want to put the hex on it 😬🤞

I don't know Andy but a similar thought had been trundling around in my head , they are about ready to hand over a 450kw prototype THIS MONTH so some revenue by December(the board say they have enough cash until then)is a distinct possibility?

... didn't quite get the full 100k , in fact a good bit short but with a very small discount on offer and an sp on the slide one might argue they did well to raise as much as they did.

I am no expert but i am not sure it is within the boards power to dictate what the Boughtwoods can or can't do with shares that they already own 🤷

DGI is well advanced in it's joint development work with a "tier one commercial vehicle components company" with a prototype pareta drive motor being tested right now and our JV with EVage is due to start manufacturing in the first half of next year. The unfortunate business with the Boughtwoods we could have done without and the Doom-mongers will be all over it but nothing has changed , the potential for this company to become a very considerable success story remains undiminished.

Ok so the likes of Ex and TA are not invested , so what?

Do they have an ulterior motive? Highly likely but again , so what?

The success or failure of this enterprise is not down to them it's down to AZ and the "team" , who are working incredibly hard , so they tell us(mind you-getting incredibly well paid for it by the way)...but not so incredibly hard that AZ can't make time to introduce a large investor to a trader so he can make a killing trading those shares , maybe we would be in a better place right now if he spent a little more time talking to potential funders rather than dodgy dealers who have no interest whatsoever in the success of the company or the interests of shareholders.

...just a thought.

The way I see it is that we have now had it straight from the horses mouth that this is open to interpretation. I get what Steve is saying in that if one auditor says it's ok then a precedent is set but other auditors(and by the same token , funders) may be equally adamant that it is NOT.

I am not qualified to say whether or not the proposition is able the stand up to accounting scrutiny but common sense tells me that if the idea is any good then lots of clients and funders will be signing up and while clients have seemed quite keen - funders have been a good deal less so.

It is also worth remembering that true sale is not the only aspect of the scheme that MAY be problematical for funders , ie is there enough meat on the bone for them to get involved and are they comfortable with the risk?

Again , I am not qualified to answer that question but we can see how long the que of interested backers is...not very.

I don't think any of us really know , although one of two clearly THINK they do , but we can judge how good the idea is by the amount of revenue it produces...over to you AZ.

I think a couple of key sentences at the end really caught my eye...

This chimes in with what i said on the 30th "i think it might be open to a certain amount of interpretation even from those in the know" ...and yesterday "that they are still in the difficult and delicate process of trying to convince funders , and that may well include Banco BPM ,that everything is kosher and good to go"

So the way i read it-it is still a work in progress and not job done , so not quite at the back slapping and high fiving stage just yet but hope springs eternal!
