...for what it's worth - i can't see getting rid of AZ as realistic option either , cos AZ is SYME and SYME is AZ but i have no faith in him now....

If an EGM is called -what is the form?

Does the board have to announce the EGM within a certain time frame?

Does the EGM require a particular resolution/resolutions and what might that/they be?

Will it just be a case of Albert and AZ spinning out a lot of empty platitudes?

Does anyone think getting rid of Albert and/or AZ is a realistic option and if so who might we replace them with?

I know it's probably not even an option but giving AZ & Albert the boot and replacing them with some fresh blood would be no bad thing. I understand that it is AZ's baby but he is just not up to the job , maybe too easily distracted by extra curricular activities and Albert just looks like a frightened Rabbit. As i say , i know it's probably a non starter and probably too late now anyway but we have nothing to lose and we are getting absolutely nowhere with these two!

I don't know if either of you two ever read these boards but i think it's entirely possible as there doesn't seem to be much doing on the monetisation front eh? ...So you will have plenty of time on your hands.

we don't know that the bbpm have handed over a single penny yet and in any case i thought it was 8.5 million from bbpm and the remaining 1.5 million to be made up by the ch trading hub.

No disrespect intended to the Boughtwoods but in the grand scheme of things it is only a minor distraction.

What matters is the ongoing collaboration with EVage and with Cummins and the like and the potential for this company to gain a foothold in a very lucrative marketplace.
