The last 'buy' on Tuesday was at 14.25 pence. Today the price is 13 pence ... and that is a 'rise' of 3.9p or 39% ?

Comments in this board yesterday by Putin's b*m lickers, russian 'bots, traitors and assorted FSB agents seemed to infer that one should only buy FXPO if one 'trusts' Zelenskyy. Well, I trust him as he is guarding the gates of Europe against a barbarian hoard of murderers, rapists, looters and war criminals. So I bought some FXPO shares. Sold this afternoon at 25% profit. Thanks Volodymir - I'll probably donate a few quid of it to the Magyar Birds !

Don't you hate owning shares in a company that the media keep referring to as 'embattled' and 'beleaguered' !

It's fair to point out that with the NMC price unchanged on Thursday and Friday it is actually one of the 'highest risers' of the week !

It's nice having a share that goes up 100% but I wonder how many others here are in the same boat as me - it has to go up another 100% just to break even ! Bought ages ago at 12 blooming pence ! Fingers crossed anyway.

I hold my SLE shares in a Halifax share dealing account and got a 'corporate action' notification about the buyback. I ticked the box to offer 100% of my holding at 46p. I presume therefore I've actually sold 60% of my holding now but I've heard nothing about it - no 'corporate action' notification, no email and the SLE shares have disappeared from my account portfolio. Is there a time scale on this ?

So is this company CIC Mining the company that used to be CICC known as CIC Capital ? If so, I just received this from HBOS share dealing regarding the shares in CIC Capital which I bought in Nov 2013 before they were unlisted ... Further to the suspension of the Company's shares from trading in February 2014, and subsequent cancellation of listing in May 2014, we have received notification that the CIC Capital Ltd NPV shares are no longer eligible to be held within the UK Settlement System. We have therefore removed the CIC Capital shares from your account. A certificated holding may be retained by the registrar. If this is the case, we will reflect this on your account although it may not be visible.
