In February 2019 the UK Oil & Gas PLC engaged Apex Completions, LLC (Apex) as a consultant to the Company. Allen Howard, UKOG's Non-Executive Chairman, is a Director of and a shareholder in Apex and, as a result, the Agreement is considered a related party transaction. Apex was engaged to help the Company further develop its understanding of the Portland and Kimmeridge reservoirs. The Agreement provides for Apex to periodically invoice the Company for work carried out based upon the time spent by its personnel. During the year Apex charged consultancy fees of £531,000 (2018 - NIL).



During the year, consultancy fees of £200,000 (2018 - £217,000) were charged to the Company by Matt Cartwright Consulting Limited, a company of which Mr Matt Cartwright, UKOG's Commercial Director is the sole director. £nil was outstanding at the year-end (2018: £30,000).

SS took a salary of £ 314,000 AND A BONUS of £ 310,000 plus options.......................

I'm sure the BoD were perfectly aware of the effects of using YA - probably no-one else will lend to them on these terms - they're interested in keeping the business running in the hope it will come good one day - investors are casualties I'm afraid........

Come on guys - we know the bulk of that was options which he hasn't exercised - in the 2018 accounts he was PAID £ 275k - and TBH he could probably make more consulting as a Geologist.............

That's NOT a bad thing - the original application back in 2017/18 was for a 90 day test - because that is what the OGA normally will sanction and it sat well with the Council. They have extended it over and over again with the approval of both the council, the EA and the OGA. TBH its because the planning application took so long. They've produced a lot of oil;, they've collected a shed full of data.

Now they have both the planning and an approved Production Licence they can officially stop the EWT and go into production - but it makes no difference to operations on site. Some poor bastard (no doubt an intern or equivalent) will have to write the whole thing up, put a nice ribbon round it and deliver it to the OGA who will promptly file it as they've seen all the data anyway

They have absolutely no choice - they Have to get more oil flowing - you can't just stop in the middle of the work. Once all the kit is in place and HH2z cleaned up then they cut back their overhead and OPEX to the point they are at least covering their costs - that may be in a month or maybe 3 months. I reckon at $20 a bbl they'll need maybe 400 bopd

Evidence? Not a single piece. All we saw was sentiment from small investors driving the price up to a point where , once again, Tellurian, YA , day traders (including Tymers) waded in and the day finished RED as you yourself admit 008

We have the final Tellurian payment this week, oil price in free fall, no RNS, no CPR ---------- this doesn't look very good to me

Well it has shown they're producing oil and that they continue to produce oil for a start - and i'e never seen that information before in years of investing in onshore UK stocks

Secondly the numbers of tankers and their size on days when we've had full coverage accord well with the production numbers in the RNS - about 220 bopd from HH1

Investors in UJO, Angus and others would give their eye teeth for info like that - might have saved people a fortune on ANGS for a start.

Sure it's not perfect and a lot of rampers are always trying to inflate the numbers ( TWO on MONDAY!!) but it has been one of the few straws to hang onto here -. This recent apparent uptick in numbers tells us more than any thing else out there.

I think the eyes have done a great job under difficult circumstances and I applaud them for it

That doesn't make any sense - the oil price will recover but it will be set by supply/demand - until demand rises or supply is cut its going nowhere. And all that oil in storage will gradually be fed into the market depressing the rate of increase....

Loan sales are more subject to VOLUME constraints rather than price

Tellurian tho' seem to be able to sell at whatever price they like
