Perhaps because he's been stung before by company announcements. They are highly selective and rarely address the issues - no mention of the Kimm, no mention of actual production rates, no mention of real costs, no mention of the financial state of the company...........................

Its been explained dozens of times on here how it works (or rather doesn't) a trade under the mid point of the spread is AUTOMATICALLY classed as a sell and over the midpoint is AUTOMATICALLY classed as a BUY -

Wizz - you need to take a break - you are seriously confused

HH1 IS an exploration well - it was so classified by the OGA. Appraisal wells are drilled into pools already discovered - HH1 was the first Portland well discovery at HH and the first Kimm discovery at HH.

Secondly HH1 - the upper hole is vertical and then it bends significantly to the NW is not vertical - its fairly vertical through the Portland but reached angles near 45 degrees further down. HH2 was drilled vertically through the Portland then sidetracked as HH2z horizontal through the Portland. Neither wellbore reached the Kimm - lack of interest or lack of cash.

These are basic facts which you seem to be confused about

Nope - they came in in a rush and left just as fast. No-one on either side said what went wrong (and something DID go wrong- multi Bn euro outfits don't invest on a whim). I'd guess there was some sort of fundamental misunderstanding about either the deal or the reserves. Whatever it was they will never, ever come back

they could just buy the whole company Wizz - or offer shares that actually have some value to AME if they don't want euros

Anyway the French walked for reasons we'll never know - but I suspect they had a chance to deal with SS and didn't like what they saw

why would they buy into UKOG? They could go straight to AME and do a deal. And the French were big enough to take out AME without emptying the petty cash jar
