whatever way you do the conversion both oil and water are following fairly predictable curves - which is what you'd expect from the Portland TBH. These show that by year end we'll be down to just over 50 bopd and 90+ bwpd. That's probably not far off the economic limit. Some UK onshore producers have produced at lower levels but they 've had a cross-subsidy from nearby fields. At 50 bopd UKOG will be nowhere near covering the General & Admin costs which are currently running at £146k (US$196k) a month

IBUg - firstly the Jan figures are lower than any month April-September last year - in fact they're less than half the April 2020 number.

And you pay per barrel to truck water - more water = more costs. As I keep saying water has killed more onshore UK fields than low oil production numbers

Not only that but we never get any future production guidance - so we don' t know if its going according to their plan or not

OGA numbers show 426.38 tonnes of oil plus 267 tonnes of water

That's 106.73 bopd oil (up 25%) and 56 bopd water (up 50%) ; oil water ratio is up from 29.5% to 34.5%

These values all lie very close to the long term trend - higher oil & water numbers almost certainly reflect more days on production in January. Production graph indicates production will be 52 bopd and 90 bwpd by year end

We have to post this every month tho' the "ignorance" of the red/blue seems to 99% people claiming that there are mis-recorded buys never mis-recorded sells - odd that - I wonder why?
