That was before they appraised the field with HH2/2z. That didn't find what they were expecting and so the geological assumptions that went into the 2018 CPR are incorrect. No doubt they have remodelled the field but there is no new CPR or any discussion of the changes. They have no legal responsibility to publish these new calculations unfortunately

remedial cementing in angled or horizontal wells is fraught. And when there are fractures there the water often just bypass the plugs. They tried to cement off the water zones in HH2z and clearly it didn't work very well

They sold out of the Congo for £ 200k and had £ 300k in the bank last summer. At some point they had a rotating finance line of £ 1.5 mm some of which has been drawn down. They HAVE to do a deal otherwise they will be delisted anyway as a Cash Shell.

As they have insufficient cash I'd guess the "£8 mm purchase price" will be in paper. How they are going to fund their share of SFB remains t o be explained.

But the company continues to make a loss. and requoting numbers that have been superceded by the Company themselves isn 't on Ocelot - they are pre HH2z which showed the reservoir model was totally wrong

I'd rather you spent your time asking the Company why they don't publish regular production figures and why they never give us any future guidance. In the absence of these only a lunatic would expect good things
