Correct - it won't as they aren't a party to the action. They will be watching it of course because if the money comes in RKH will be in a far better position to fund things instead of dragging their feet.

Given the history I'm sure Navitas Plan B is fully costed out - and that is RKH going bust and disappearing - they'd have been mad to get into Sea Lion without working that one out.

Seems to be doing OK (fingers crossed) they can go on for years if you are lucky. The risk here is that if and when the well needs a workover the economics aren't just affected by the POL but also by the repair rig and kit costs - which vary quite a bit over time. In the worst case do you just call it a day, save the cash and distribute to the investors - or do you use quite a bit of the cash and hope you get the money back and more from further production?
