We needed this small fall back to get this trading properly again, it should start to climb now

I contacted my share dealing online broker and it seems straight forward to move the shares across if they change exchanges. Lloyds don't deal on the HKEX but can easly move them over if I set up a new account with someone that does.

You: I have shares in my Lloyds Share Dealing account for CNEL, they are looking to transfer to the HKEX
You: How does that effect my trading through Lloyds
Thomas: Okay, we do not offer trading on that market so it would be a case of you having to locate a broker that facilitates trading on the Kong Kong market and transfer the stock over to them to facilitate the trade.
Thomas: Transferring shares out is free of charge.
You: Ok what do I need to do on my side? do I open an account somewhere else first and then move them over
Thomas: Yes you would have to open an account with a broker that offers trading on the HKEX and then initiate a trade with them, they would then contact us and request the stock.
You: OK, I will start looking, do I need to do anything until I know they have been moved of to the HKEX, or can I wait until its happened
Thomas: It's up to yourself, if the stock moves over to the HKEX we can still hold it for you but we just cannot trade it.
You: Thats Ok, I just didn't want them sold without my knowledge
Thomas: No problem, We wouldn't place any trades without your instructions to do so.

#CNEL is at Step 4 of the listing process "Vetting by the Listing Committee"

The status of #CNEL's application for admission to the the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchange /HKEx (not GEM): Expects to meet the profit test e.g. aggregate 3 years of profits >= $HK50m and minimum market cap of >= $HK 500 million.

Everything is screaming Buy Buy Buy and the SP spread is holding it back, can only be a matter of hours or days before this breaks through and zooooms upwards

The MMs must be ready to let this go as there can’t be anymore sellers out there willing to let such a golden opportunity go.

It’s always interesting to see how human nature works when it comes to trading. But it beggars believe anyone would be considering selling these shares now. With four massive RNS upside boosts delivered in the last couple of week/months this is set to explode upwards any minute. Definitely the calm be for the storm.

First RNS saying they lodged an application to the HKEX
Second RNS showing the results which were blockbuster for AIM
Third RNS setting out the time scale and options for the change to the HKEX
Fourth RNS saying one of the key directors bought shares at an average of 2.64p to increase his holdings

Short of someone at CNEL delivering everyone a bundle of cash tied in a bow they are doing everything here to make PIs very rich lol

If you needed any other reason to be buying shares, here it is , the BOD are buying in now as they obviously intend to make a small fortune. This is BUY, BUY, BUY and all set to BOOOOOOOM! Place your bets now as it’s your last chance before the heavy weights start to buy up in large chunks.

We should see some big jumps up very soon as the MMs are loading up ready for the SP to released upwards. Only a matter of time as the company any has been valued at above 4.7p a share for the loan. The bank would want at least 50% on that to be safe. And the HKEX needs 11-12p a share for entry. This has a long way to rise yet based on the results.

It’s looks like this is about to shift up a few gears now as someone is loading up in the background

It wouldn’t surprise me if the shares are being collected up at the moment by a few friends of friends up in Canary Wharf whilst the SP is suppressed. Then once they’ve had there fill they will let it go. Either way it’s so strong their is a lot of money to be made in the coming Days, Weeks and Months.

It will be interesting to see if there are some big buys appearing over the next few days. Looks like a money spinner for the MM's as they fill up orders.

The BOD have made it very clear what’s about to happen and given time frames now. This is going to rise in value very quickly now as by the end of the year this will be nudging the 8-10p mark

You are right as the loan is also to enable investment to get projects and resources in place to build bigger profits. Just negative as it takes back a small chunk of Share Price value. Either way this is massively undervalued and is about to get a big boost

Seems to boil down to the fact they are very confident of acceptance to the HKEX. Then they have a few options.

They will wipe out the shares the company owns increasing the value to shareholders. 48M shares POSITIVE

Setup the financial loan against 23M new shares NEGATIVE

Then either:

Transfer current holdings to HKEX at current percentages BIG POSITIVE

OR

The Chairman Makes a cash offer with a consortium to buy everyone else out and the go in clean POSITIVE

Lots like a win / win for anyone holding as the value is going up.

What’s everyone else’s thoughts as I quickly scanned it.

The SP is slowly picking up momentum as investors are seeing the value. This has to be a very safe bet up to of 4.7p if a bank is evaluating the SP at that value. The Chairman is obviously keen to capitalise on the profits the company are delivering and secure entry on to the HKEX. We should see news shortly on what’s happening as part of the transition away from AIM. You only have to see the current 15% spread to see why he’s keen to get this going closer to the companies home market. Soon we will see 8-10p as it nears entry to the HKEX. GLA

I was always long on this one (still am) and have been collecting shares on the dips for a long time so have a few in my portfolio. It was always about the potential, patents and performance that screamed Buy Buy Buy to me. No such thing as sure thing when it comes to shares but when a company is delivering steady growth and sustainable profit its worth investigating further. The fundamentals are simply outstanding on this one and worth taking the trouble to understand as these guys are market leaders in a growing market and know how to deliver profitable projects. It comes as little surprise they are about to blow the current share price out the water as this just gets better and better. Hopefully this will be the start of some big movements upwards and when this is worth multiples of the current value people will look back and think, can you believe you could have bought in at a couple of pence, wow!

Any share on the way up is like watching waves as the tide comes in, there are rises and falls but the ongoing trend is the high water mark is constantly moving upwards on the average trend. To much good news for any sustained selling as this is not going to settle until it reaches something around the 6-8p mark as a minimum. People will always dip in and out on the peeks and troughs but those that wait for the high tide will reap the biggest rewards IMO.

The SP is gathering momentum now as it re-rates to 8-10p. Going to be interesting to see just how quickly it gets there as it’s nothing but great news from the results. This could break 4p easily today in the first hours of trading as it explodes upwards. It’s all about 3-4 years of profits, patents and potential. It’s going to fly until it’s literally double the current SP.

This has a long way to go yet until it hits a realistic SP value based on the companies results as they are awesome (and have been for three years). The share price is going up 20-30% on £10-20k of buys, just imagine if some real buys started to load up, today this was going up in 0.2p increments into the close. Just no sellers as the SP is going to be double this in days. Good Luck as it’s another set of blue days if not weeks to come.
