Some chunky buys got in yesterday knowing what’s to come today and got ahead of the re-rate before it kicks in. It should be existing today as only 36-37% of the shares are in free float which leaves this as a absolute bargain to buy up by someone connected to the BOD. Taking it over to the HKEX as a private company to float from fresh could see the board members owning the stock and absolute fortune. Such and exciting day as this sets the strategy now for the coming days, weeks and months.

I wonder if we see a quick round of buying today on the opening ahead of the big rise to come after the company group meeting announcement today. They tend to drop the details between 9-11 so I think buyers will need to be quick to get ahead of it. We should see the full re-rate happening from today as the plans get released to the market. They are projecting anything between 4.7p as the secured loan value to 11p as the entry figure to the HKEX. Whatever we start pushing up to it’s going to make today’s opening price look like the buy of the century. I’m guessing a few smart city traders will be getting the low dune from China before the update is typed up for release to get well ahead of PIs. Good luck all the long term investors as today could well be the start of something big.

There is no way the MM's should be able to make 25% on the spread, its no wonder Directors want to get of AIM and on to a stable share platform like the HKEX

At least when the UK crashes out of the EU due to incompetent politicians these shares will still be worth a small fortune. Can’t believe these are trading below 4p still

To much good news to hold this back for long, some clever investors just set themselves up to make a small fortune in the coming weeks.

To much money to be made in the coming weeks for this to stay down for too long as it’s going to explode upwards at some point very soon. I’m sure a few people in the city will make a few quid at the expense of short term PI’s but that’s just how it works I’m afraid.

Basically no action required unless I want to sell them after the transfer to the HKEX then I’ll need to transfer them to another broker that trades on that exchange. Looks very straight forward and definitely no panic as I intend to stay long and see a massive upside return.

CHINA NEW ENERGY LTD - Important Information
Proposed Cancellation of Listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and application to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE).

Important Information & Other Key Dates:

On 2nd October 2019, China New Energy Ltd (CNE) announced proposals to cancel the listing and trading of its shares from AIM and apply for admission to trading on the Main Market of the HKSE. The Board of CNE believe that listing on HKSE may achieve a greater valuation of the Company and provide CNE with better access to capital.

The Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM and subsequent admission to trading on the HKSE is subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 23rd October 2019.

Subject to acquiring the necessary approval, it is not yet known when the Cancellation on AIM and listing on HKSE will become effective.

You should be aware that if you have not sold or otherwise transferred your shares prior to the Cancellation, you will not be able to sell or otherwise deal in CNE shares on AIM after that time.

Please note that should the Cancellation become effective, all trading in CNE shares will be concentrated on the HKSE. Unfortunately we will not be able to facilitate trading in CNE on the HKSE via our Sharedealing facility. We will however continue to hold your CNE shares following the Cancellation.

If you wish to continue trading in CNE shares after the Cancellation you will need to establish an arrangement with an alternative broker. Should you wish to do this please contact the receiving broker who will arrange the transfer with us.

Should you wish to withdraw your shares from our nominee service please contact our call centre so that we can arrange for this to be done.

If the Cancellation becomes effective, the delisted CNE shares will no longer qualify to be held within an ISA product. Should you hold these shares within an ISA, we will transfer your CNE shares to your Share Dealing account after fourteen calendar days of the Cancellation becoming effective. If you do not have a Share Dealing Account, we will arrange to open one for you.

Should you retain your holding of CNE shares, we will notify you on receipt of any further information from the Company.

It’s such an interesting situation where the brokers and MMs are literally scaring PIs of the closing think to a golden ticket. It’s no surprise Canada Wharf is a wash with money at the expense of PIs who just don’t know when they have a good thing going for them.

If nothing else the last two days trading are confirmation of exactly why the BOD will do anything to get this share off AIM. A company delivering the results they are should have a soaring SP instead it’s very short term punters not knowing a good thing when they see it.

This is exactly why the BOD are making the switch to HKEX as AIM just doesn’t have got any sensible investors.

Look at the performance and profits of CNEL and it should 10-20p by now instead it’s a tenth of its value.

Once this switches over we’ll see some really big steps upwards and very quickly as Chinese investors are in it for longer term value and results, rather than a 5% gain and quickly sell like AIM.

Looking at the online brokers HSBC HK looks like a reasonable bet for a broker switch to trade with once it moves over.

This should set the strategy for the transition to the HKEX and drive the SP value moving forward. the easiest option has to be a complete buyout from the Chairman as he’s make a small fortune on the new listing. Whatever he spent buying the shares he’d probably double his money if not a lot more. Or just migrate them over at the current percentages which might be why Richard Bennett is biting into the share. Well soon find out as you are either in or out when this kicks of and the money pours in.

Whatever short term is happening with the share price it doesn’t change the fact that the value of the company is booming. Once clear of AIM on the HKEX this is going to be a little gold mine for early investors as the Chinese with be looking much longer term and the share price with just boom for years to come, 10-20p in the next couple of years is a real possibility and against an entry point of 2p it’s a no brainer to make a small fortune.

Looks like the MMs are loading up their mates on the dip as it’s not easy to buy them.

Hopefully this will drop back to 2p in the short term so I can load up a few on this dip. The fundamentals have changed and this is due to go to 4-8p very quickly, happy to take a few more shares if PIs are impatient to through money away on a Lin almost dead certainty.
