But I would have thought the easiest way is to show the value on the company in the balance sheets and forward orders, set up finance to buy the remaining shares not owned by the Chairman and do an offer to the AIM share holders above current market value. Then float the new shares above the £50M MCAP on HKEX once they are accepted. Just a guess on my part but seems the best way for the Chairman to secure all the shares at reasonable cost of 4-5p and float them all for 11p on HKEX.

If you look at the last few weeks, no real update from the company and the SP has virtually doubled up on steady buys. Its stabilised at this new value and holding steady give or take about 5-10% movement. The closer we get to the decision to enter the HK exchange the more interesting things get. My personal gut feeling (Not based on any facts) is that the company knows what they are doing and they want to wait until they are on the new exchange before they drop all the good news as they are driving all this to push up the SP, just my thoughts.

Let’s see what happens this afternoon as this should free up now.

But they want to maximise the margin they are making so trying to suppress the price from jumping up. Their are some very chunky buys going on at the moment as people are adding this to there portfolio as its not showing any weakness at these levels.

You should always do your own due diligence rather than reading twitter or bulletin boards before investing. Then you can see the facts about the company and its potential first hand rather than speculation. This one has so much going for it the risk reward balance in my opinion is looking very very favorable.

The MM's are supporting the share price, not sure why someone would be selling out shares at this moment but each PI to there own. Hopefully we will see the buys dropping in very soon to match the volume and then see the SP pushing up again.

This is still massively undervalued still based on the companies performance and potential. With that big sell sat in the background it’s held back a rise in the SP for three days. Now it’s gone PIs will see the SP start to move up on each buy as the BID goes up with it, confidence and increasing SP value then gives more confidence and more SP value. Let’s see what happens onMonday but we’ve seen a lot of buys at 2.68p, to keep themselves fuelled with shares the MMs will have to push up the BID above 2.7p very quickly just in time for the day traders to take another look.

They’ve held it back for three days to keep a keen market to clear the big sell. The fact the SP hasn’t dropped back suggests they have lots of buyers and now a lack of shares. All looks very promising for those ready to ride the next wave upwards. Can’t wait for this to open on Monday

Imagine how strong this will be come Monday morning it’s swallowed up a big sell like that with no drop of on the price, this will unblock the stall on the price car for the last few days. We should see 3p come and go on the way to 4p very quickly. GLA

Great thing is that that will release the SP first thing Monday so it should the move up quickly. GLA

They are trying to make 8% on the spread which isn’t tempting anyone to release shares. It’s going to have to go up.

The key factors in play:

1: The company has been delivering consistent rising profits for three years.
2: A very solid order book.
3: China policy to guarantee clean fuel growth andCNEL is a market leader.
4: Looking to switch to HKEX which would value the company at 11p per share as entry value
5: Loan secured valuing the SP at above 4.7p
6: Majority of the shares owned by the Chairman (BOD)
7: The SP has been adding value consistently now for nearly 3 weeks and not dropping back in solid buys.

Soon the SP will have a slight wobble and then shoot up again. Seems to be the way the MMs play it, suck in all the sells and then push the price up for the next barrage of buys.

Looks like the bigger buys are coming in now to lock in the rise and take it to the next level. 3p will be reached in the next few days as the charts are delivering better growth per day now in the SP than you’d get in years of interest on savings and out performing anything you’d get in the FTSE 100. Definitely looking like a reasonably safe bet to to double up from here in a short space of time.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) said it has proposed a cash-and-shares deal which would see it pay around £8.36 a share for LSE Group. This values it at £29.6 billion, or £31.6 billion including debt.
The bidder said a merger of the two companies would create a 'global market infrastructure leader'.
