This time next week we will have half an hours trading left on AIM and that will be it, can't wait, roll On 10.3-13.4p value and new adventures on the HKEX.

I think its certain brokers forcing sells as they can't trade or hold shares for HK companies, so making their clients sell up before the move. I think their would be some very red faced brokers who forced sells is the share doesn't move lol, I think its a good sign this is done and dusted IMO.

The SP is over 30% less than the minimum return that's very very likely to happen on the 15th July and could have nearly 50% upside to come in less than 8 days. The SP will narrow the gap as these figures are not building in the extra upside potential of the first few days trading in HK.

The price is irrelevant as the announcement when it comes sets the new value regardless of whats happening on AIM

Re-reading the timeline document it looks like they will determine the price between Today and Friday this week and make the official announcement on Tuesday 14th July by the looks of it, ready for trading on the HKEX on the 15th July.

Doesn’t look like we are going to get anything first thing today, not sure how long it will take for them to check the bid sheets to come up with an entry value.

Hopefully you’ll see a nice return on the ones with AJ Bell tomorrow to compensate for not getting the full value on the Barclays ones.

The AIM MM’s are so selfish in their self serving way of manipulating the price. These late trades show you they’ve taken all the shares for themselves.

Hopefully it will be a very quick announcement tomorrow first thing and we can all have a good nights sleep tonight and just enjoy the ride in the morning. If it takes them a little while to agree a price we might have to wait a little while longer but fingers crossed its the perfect day tomorrow for everyone invested. I might just crack open a bottle of Cider if this comes in at 12p+ on the offer as that would be enough to be reassured its going to have a good opening on the 15th July.

It feels like poker, you’ve been dealt two Kings and the flop comes up with another Two Kings and a Two of Spades. You are all in as it’s an absolute no brainer with the cards you have. But you can’t help thinking your opponent had been dealt two Aces and they’ll draw the other two by some crazy miracle on the last two draw cards. But the reality is you have the winning hand and it’s just seeing the last two cards turn over to tell you that the pots all yours. Either way it’s in the hands of the HK entry bid committee to say what the magic number is.

Just imagine getting home tonight ready for tomorrow’s big announcement and realising your back stock 7p got triggered by the MM’s at 16:00 tonight. You’d be absolutely gutted if the news lands that the entry price is 12-13p.

I do appreciate a few PI's don't want to trade in HK but wow, selling at this stage is either absolutely crazy as you are losing all the potential upside or someone knows something that's not in the public domain as all the signs are looking fantastic here.

Looks like a few PI's and the MM's are betting against the listing happening on the 15th based on trading today as that would be the only reason you'd sell ahead of tomorrows big announcement (that could land at any time tomorrow or in the next few days). Seems odd when this has been planned for over the last 18 months and Chinese Investment is pushing ahead at the moment at PI and State Level. GOOD LUCK ALL if you are holding on for the big news, can't wait to get away from the madness of AIM trading.

AJ Bell finally raised a Secure Message, to basically say you don't need to do anything, they are just warning it could take a few weeks to raise the certificates that could delay trading in HK.

(Forgot to mention green forms as well). This process could be quick or take a few days as I haven't personally tracked a listing in HK before like this. As its effectively going to be pre-listed on a new market and yet still trading on another, they must have some requirement to be open on both sides of the world as to the share value.

If HK is 7 hours ahead of us, they will close the bids at 05:00 UK time so we could be in time for a 07:00 RNS in the UK with the opening stock price (As they have two hours).

Not sure if this will be the place to look tomorrow as it could give a heads up as to the IPO Pre-orders that have been put in on white and yellow forms.

Their might be a delay as I am not sure on the announcement protocol in the UK and HK, and which comes first, I am sure their are some very savvy city traders that watch for the market gap between the two and fill it quickly with orders.

Worth keeping an eye on as this is key to larger investors watching the commodities market.
