George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Cant ever say its boring that's for sure, the last 24 hours we have seen:
AIM: Ask at 15p and Bid at 3p with a spread at 500-600% at one point
HKEX: High HK$1.380 and Low HK$0.650
Has to be the craziest share on the planet at the moment Wow! on both sides of the world.
I am forever the optimist but genuinely Wow didn't see this fall in value today coming, the only thing I can think of is the unfortunate timing of the IPO against Ethanol Prices as they do a massive dip in the last few days, but the company is in great shape and a little like AIM it doesn't seem to pick up traction in the market. Hopefully its a short term blip and things will get going after a disappointing start (to say the least). I am still glad to be away from AIM though as hopefully the local market knowledge will reflect in the pricing soon.

I have to believe their is money to be made at the current price so is this about to flip? It seems to have dropped a little to far today IMO for there not to be profits in buying now.
I’m in agreement, to get the volume of sells it would have to come from Double River or the stock owned by the BOD (Major investors). As UK based stock is locked in for a while until certificates arrive it’s most likely Double River cashing in their loan shares (which was probably inevitable as banks don’t hold risk but cash at the end of the day). I can’t see the BOD selling at this moment as they are expecting much bigger things. Like others comments not the ideal start but I am convinced it will come good in pretty short time frame and be amazing in the longer term.
I guess the positive news is that if you track the SP performance across the last 6-12 months it’s gone from sub 2p to a solid looking 8p with some highs well above that. The company has delivered a very positive prospectus but in fairness hasn’t announced any large project wins yet. If that happens and they pump up the marketing activity their is no reason not to believe this upward trend will continue in the future. I know everyone was hoping for a push up from the opening price of 10p (and it may well come soon) but this company is on a journey that’s on just getting going. We have to not think like AIM investors about today’s SP but follow the positive tend longer term which is delivering a very strong and positive position.
I wonder if Double River kept their stock or instantly released it to the market as the volume looks very high for the first few hours trading. The volume was nearly 20% of the complete holdings traded in the first couple of hours.
Interesting start to our new journey, looks like a high volume of trades to get us going but it’s slipped back somewhat from a great start. Looks to be building up again slightly. Fingers crossed it gathers some momentum as the day goes on .
And that's it ......................... although
I'll be back!
Anyone going to be up at 02:00 tomorrow to see what the first hours trading is like on the HKEX. I cannot say how relieved I am to see the end of AIM trading today as I genuinely cannot believe the tricks that have been played out on here recently in holding back the SP to maximise profits from hardworking PI's. Everyone has done there research tracked the performance of this company for a long time and some literally put their lively-hoods on the line to back this BOD and company(especially Topmoney). To watch the MM's play with it today was not pleasant IMO and definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth leaving AIM (what a shame). It could make that drink in London all that more sweeter when the time is right to celebrate the PI's coming out on top hopefully.
Today should have been a really positive day for the PI's that have traded on AIM for the last few years with CNEL and the London trading MM's have unfortunately put a rather spiteful spin on it today IMO. Tomorrow we should all be able to celebrate properly as it has a fresh start on the HKEX and then look forward to a fairer and more supportive future for the company and share holders alike.
They can't afford a buy as this would go straight to the top of the leader board and get people interested, they must have some shares tucked away they would prefer to keep rather than sell maybe.
They are driving down the price as anyone forced to sell by close today will have to take whatever the price is on offer and brokers aren't allowing buys. They don't care as the company has just stuck two fingers up to the London market this morning.
140% Spread now, they are keen to make a fair market place.
Has someone really miffed off the MM's on AIM lol as according to the last live trade we are down 35.06% of a 5p Sell. I am guessing the MM's have failed to deliver on keeping CNEL on AIM and they are gutted it's going to do really well on the HKEX in the future IMO. Good to see that they haven't lost their sense of humour as this will humiliate the London exchange from tomorrow.
Its as if the MM's don't want to sell any today for some reason!
I am really gobsmacked this morning, I cannot believe how AIM MM's can manipulate the price like they do. So you get told that a share is worth 10.2p tomorrow thats trading at 8p today and they manage to devalue it to 5p for PI's their are limits to what is making a little extra profit and just ripping people off. Thank goodness for everyone invested hear we are going to away from this madness as of trading at 02:00 tomorrow morning GLA as we could wake up with a very nice premium on top of the current IPO price of 10.2p
They probably don't want to do the paperwork for any late trades lol, so putting everyone off or they know some brokers can't hold them so are forced to sell today ad they get them cheap by ripping off PI's. Nasty business AIM IMO.
Not sure if HKEX Pi's other than those who were successful in the IPO offering will be able to buy at anything less than 12-13p , this is the best chance today to get anything below that price IMO.
Opening price is 10.2p tomorrow , can see it rising by 20-30% easily within the first few hours of trading.
Its great to hear that everyone is thinking longer term, we seem to have attracted genuine PI's and investors on the way rather than day traders on AIM. The prospects for this company are truly sensational and they have been very prudent in going through this exercise to make sure they put the investors at the forefront of their plans. Not surprising as the BOD own most of the shares but it does set the strategy for a very successful future in the short, medium and long term that will see the SP grow substantially. Everyone is chatting about this being the beginning of the companies success rather than a get rich quick scenario, although I can honestly see this going from strength to strength very quickly. and the SP bumping up pretty quickly in the short term.
