Those large trades suggest serious buyers are rolling in for this one now, we are going to see more and more big buys as the small holders drop off with a little profit. It’s a massive reassurance that things are about to get seriously exciting for those that hold out till the move over. Good Luck Everyone
Just before the weekend, late Friday People will take a look as Monday should see a spike up ahead of Tuesdays announcement on the entry price.
Happy to take the money this side of the World as its a no brainer to cash in with only two weeks to go before this all makes sense and the company suddenly becomes very attractive to the Global Investors
At last if they have all done playing games can we get back to the real SP value please.
Very interesting to know why their are sellers around just before the payoff comes, its a case of waiting for Tuesday next to find out where it is between 10p to 13p instant value. Just intrigued as to who is letting go before the value rushes in.
In the short term I can appreciate that is a bit of a kick in the teeth from the MM's giving that price o the news. On a positive note they obviously thought this is going to that price at some point as they were no sellers then to cover the order so had to go right up to 12p to secure the shares. Once these last few sellers run out of steam at 8p it doesn't take many buys to move this up quickly as the BOD and major investors have the majority nicely tucked away for the ext few years to really get value on theirs. Hopefully on Tuesday you and all off us will get the higher end number on the price which will show that China and Hong Kong are really up for this one on the 15th July. If we see anything in the 12p+ range it should deliver around 14-15p on opening when PI's and to the mix.
Even short term the SP looks like it will creep up today as its nicely balanced at the moment, just needs a little more blue.
Good Luck early next week like everyone as its going to be sensational if this delivers to expectations.
One of the Risk factors is dissipating as Ethanol prices are bouncing back quickly Globally after the COVID downturn, this could have impacted forecasts and growth (which would have been a key factor in major investors coming in on the opening bids).

I know China is unique as it has a mandate to deliver the E10 agreement so they have to invest in new plants to get there but it makes it easier if the profits are high in the industry as a whole.
Based on the risk & reward 8p isn't a bad stabilisation point at this stage and with every buy that's profits taken from a lower entry price and a new solid investment at the current price. in time the SP should balance out and their will be no more sellers before the 7th July so should then push up to the next level as its a call on the entry price being either 10.3p or 13.4p (or anything in between). That's still a 20% upside in the next week or so if investing at 8p and potentially as high as 45% if the higher number comes into play next Tuesday.

I have given it a go, you might get an email from me if I have got the address right
Manunited31 not sure how you share it on here without putting it on the full bulletin board, as it would be nice to set up a Facebook page or private bulletin board for when this moves over to the HKEX
No Worries, its nice for the PI's to have the advantage over the market on being able to buy this up before the larger portfolios have a look in two weeks time over in HK. It shouldn't come as a surprise that the SP equalised yesterday at around 8p as AIM is always a little to short term (hence why the BOD are getting out), but its a very good base for the next few weeks to gently push up before next Tuesday when the HK sale value is officially released as the entry price. We know its between 10.3-13.4p and you have to think it will be towards the top end based on last 3-4 years of company performance and profits. I think people are missing the fact as well the company will be fully fueled up with investment for the ext two years to go on an aggressive expansion program coming out of this with new investors bolstering up the SP and money in the bank to execute their push for greater market share in a massively growing market. On the key information details I sent last night take a look at the win rate as every tender they go into the are around 75-85% successful and with margins of 10-20% profit on every project this is a very successful company and business model that going places quickly.
The next key update comes on the 7th July (Next Tuesday) that’s when the BOD will announce the official entry price which will be a minimum of 11p and could be up to 13.4p (very likely the top end). That’s a 30-40% upside from where we are today at the 8p mark on AIM. Anyone in HK or China looking at packing out their portfolio with these is going to consider an early pre-purchase to get a better price point. Realistically the share price rises about 10-20% on 4,000,000 share buys so it won’t take long to move up to the 10p mark from here and should find its feet at least around 12p before the 15th July. This will gap up on the opening day in HK as it’s a green company in and expanding market delivery sustainable and fast growing profits. What’s not to like here.

Reading through the prospectus I’ve found some interesting pages.

The value seems a little flat based on such great news today but whats happened trading wise if profits have been taken now from people who bought in low and cashed in on the early news (upside from anything bought at 1.5p up to 6.5p). New investors have taken a position on the current SP at 8-9p during the day ready for the next big move up. This seriously solidifies the price we are at as we are now at a very stable base for the next two weeks. Its going to run out of sellers pretty quickly as positions are boosted by those tracking the SP into the move to the HKEX which will be very exciting. After all green energy at the tech stocks of 10 years ago, back the right one and it could be a massive market growth area that see's some seriously Global Players in the future as the oil giants diversify. CNEL has some very good patents tucked away and is working on second generation projects already.
There is no panic, as things will get clearer and clearer as the next couple of weeks tracks through. The BOD did a press conference to boost the new listing take up while they push for the highest entry price possible. GLA
The interesting thing is that I think the sellers are coming from the mid price PI's that bought in at 4-5p, doubled their money and a quick exit. Those in at 3p or less would have been doing there research well before today's amazing news and are in for the long term multi multi upside SP still to come in the next couple of weeks when this goes to the HKEX, those along with the buyers in to day at 6-8p. Interesting trading for a share that has a bolted on 40% upside to come if not more. This has to start to move above 10p soon enough as I am sure those sellers might want another bite of the cherry in the next 10 trading days.
Then its closed up and packaged off to the HKEX for the opening bell at 13.4p, looks very solid to move up as we get closer to the deadline as the real returns will come when its relisted over there. This must be at 11-12p by then as the upside potential is huge when it finally lands for new investors to get there teeth into.
