Total is to the value of 1,098M RMB (Roughly two thirds of which they are already under a letter of intent)

Share Value and Dilution, you have to remember who owns the majority of the shares and its not PI's. The BOD and major share holders won't want to dilute this on the transfer as its not like most AIM floated companies, the shares are all locked up within the companies BOD and major investors, they are the ones putting this move together to boost their share and company value.

Will the BOD of boost the SP whilst still in AIM or wait until the big push comes to drive up value as it moves over to the HKEX on the 15th July? We should see the prospectus soon detailing the short/medium/long term ambitions of the company and what they value the company at for the new offer on the HKEX. Should be very exciting as the details come out in the coming days and weeks as their isn't long. I should think the SP will stay calm here for a few days and then start to lift as we get closer to the 15th and accelerate into that date at some rate to get close to 11-15p mark. Sounds like they are pitching 15p+ to the Chinese Investors if Richard Bennett's tweet of comfortable margin above the required market cap for the HKEX is on the cards.

Once we see the report it should show the offer price in HK and then we will hopefully see some bullish RNS updates to boost the positivity around the company. Let’s see as trading was flat today (that’s AIM for you) but the value hasn’t dropped away in fact today’s News is all about delivering Share Price value to investors.

I have been tracking this for years and done a ton of research on the way, to be told we have a massive positive coming on the 15th July is really really exciting (even if I the only one), although I think the BOD and Chairman must be sampling a little champagne today. This is a major milestone in the companies growth and could well be an absolute game changer. Anyone else whose been tracking this like me must be genuinely ecstatic today as its starts a run of real value coming to the SP in the short, medium and long term. Booooom Everyone!

A major pint is that a vast percentage of the shares are already owned by the BOD and they won't be sold as they are expecting to take this SP to triple if not quadruple the current SP in the coming 3-6 months. That's the vast majority locked in for the long term that really gives the value a very solid base, most companies don't have this sort of BOD support and this will pay dividends in more ways thnt one in the coming months.

I wonder if the Chairman and the BOD will buy in now as they have released the announcement and can freely trade into this move. They will have done their due diligence and have a plan in place to achieve entry as this has been on the cards for the last 12-18 months. The HKEX obviously agree its target price is above 50M otherwise they wouldn't have give the green-light.

Today its all official we have an admission date of the 15th July to the HKEX which should see an absolute min mum of 11p a share if not a lot more once this gets sold to the Chinese Investors. The BOD must be so excited as this has been planned for over the last couple of years and will deliver the growth plan the company is in prime position to deliver.

The BOD will go on the offensive now to boost the SP with some news on some projects and the future to attract buyers in HK and China. This was all planned to boost the price on acceptance, looks like its all systems go now. Good Luck Everyone as this should be a massive shift up through the gears.

This should fire up the Share Price this week

A few people taking profits as the share price has risen from 1.5p to 5.5p in a matter of months . The key is stability at this new level ready to kick on now to a realistic value of around 15p when the news drops.

Its another day closer to news, the trade value has definitely gone up for the £300-500 Buys to much bigger £5,000-10,000, all bodes well for some big upside very soon.

Its going from strength to strength and will see some real upside very soon.

The clock is ticking to the deadline for the announcement, it could be this Monday or Next. I don’t think they have time to get everything done if it goes beyond the next 7 days

The double river loan at minimum covers the share at 5 + 12% as that’s the interest they get if it doesn’t covert on successfully joining the HKEX. So they expect to get above 5.6p then that doubled up as a minimum value for the shares.

Key Information:

Mr Yu, Chairman, said, "There is no change to the expected listing date on the HKEx, our team of advisers continue to work hard to migrate our listing from AIM to the Main Board of the HKEx and expect this to occur before the expiration of the AGM resolutions on the 15 July 2020. We continue to be excited about relisting on the HKEx and expect this to both increase Shareholder value and to provide a platform to raise capital to develop the business to its potential."

The Company resubmitted its application for the listing of the Shares on the HKEx on 27 March 2020. The Company will update Shareholders further in respect of any developments of this application as soon as it is in a position to do so. If approval for the listing is given by the HKEx listing authority, the Company will notify Shareholders of the anticipated timetable at least 10 business days prior to the expected date for the listing of the Shares on the HKEx and cancellation of admission of the Shares on AIM. Should the application to HKEx not be successful, the Company remains committed for the Shares to be traded on an internationally recognised stock exchange.

These two statements mean we have till the end of June to be updated with news of the move and why would they be asking share holders to register their preference of what they want to happen to their shares when it goes through if they weren’t very very confident this is going to happen.

Nothing is ever a certainty in stocks but this has to be a massive opportunity for PIs to make an investment in a company about to shift up a gear or two, the BOD have given enough positivity and warning to suggest the upside potential here is very very good. This all comes off the back of some sensational results over the past 3 the 4 years from the company.

The BOD have to drop and update in the next 11 days as the resolution ends on the 15th July about the HKEX move and they promised 10 working days notice to share holders. So in essence they have until the end of June to announce the acceptance. They’ve also qualified several times they are still on track in the process so it means we are about to get news. My gut feel is it will be a Monday announcement to maximise the impact to the market so that leaves the 22nd or 29th of June as potential big days for an announcement from the BOD. As any later and they won’t get the 10 working days notice in that they have promised in all the previous RNS updates. I think they would be leaving it very late now to announce a delay as we are right up against the time line they’ve promised so hopefully that’s a good sign this is all wrapped up and ready to go. I’ll will be eagerly watching for an RNS after the weekend or maybe have to wait another week if they decide to take it to the last deadline but news is coming now either way. It’s been a long wait but will be worth it when this drops as it will be an absolute game changer for the company and shareholders alike. Good luck everyone as we are almost there.
