Just watching Bloomberg news whilst China markets reopen and UBS China M&A Manager was saying they do expect to see increase in demand during the Chinese recovery. Hopefully if our buyer is in fact Chinese then any liquidity or finance raising issues that may have possibly been holding us back, may be lifted. They also mentioned they expect to see an increase in cross-border investment

We still have a long way to go, but fingers crossed we get a sales update sooner rather than later.

2) a large majority are underwater and have no choice but to hold and wait it out.
