SZ - to carry them forward for another year maybe, not until end of March. They had 4.5M cash in the bank year end 2022, we should be able to make it until the end of March no problem. Budd is no fool, he will not do a fundraise now when he could possibly get 40/50p per share end of March. there will be no fundraising before then so investors need not panic.

SZ - A cash raise seems to be at the forefront of everyone's mind, but do you think the company would do a cash raise now at these levels when the SP could be a lot higher leading up to March 30th? I'm certain there wont be any fundraising until after the results have been published, and even then a cash raise could come from other sources if the results are good.. We have enough cash to tie us over until then.

Guy - I'm not aware of his investment strategies and neither do I care. If he thinks the SP wont go up if the results are good, then he should at least state why. Being vague doesn't benefit anyone.

The consultation period ends tomorrow. The final results will be published on 30th March. After tomorrow the rumors will start to circulate as to what the final results will be. This will have either a positive or negative effect on the SP, leading up to the publish date. It's all a gamble, it could go either way, you just have to trust in your own research and what you think the final results will be. So far we've had nothing but positive feedback from NICE so it's looking good at this point. One things for sure, if the results are positive we'll be in the 60s 70s, not down here in the 20s 30s.

Exactly. Fundraising isn't always bad, it just depends on what the funds are being used for. If AIHL is cleared to go to market, then raising funds to invest in production and expansion would be positive for the company. Any fundraising for that reason wouldn't be cheap either, well not 30p that's for sure.

We can't underestimate how huge Tuesday's news will be for the company. A pound in today's economic climate is still very achievable for this company. We could be there leading into May when we get the stroke news.Big week for GDR.

The way the economy is, and with current trade volumes the best we can hope for this year is 50p. That's if we don't get the mother of all news that our product is cleared to go to market, or we get an uptick in trade volumes. I hope I'm wrong.

TheWatcher2022 i I really wouldn't bother responding to SZ, he obviously has learning difficulties. Either that or he's a sad retired lonely old recluse whose lost all his money and has nothing better to do than bash his keyboard and seek attention.

dsaf - the zero hours staff were the staff working on the DHSC contract. There was still full time staff working on the CD4 side of the business which we will no longer be paying for.

CS - It been loss making because they now cant cope with the scale of orders because they sold off the machinery with the Alva site. But they still have just as much orders if not more than they did pre covid, that's a fact. The overheads will now be less with less staff to pay and less overheads. They're working on ways to increase production, it remains to be seen how they will accomplish this. It's not looking great but I feel they will come good at some point especially when the economy improves. I'm looking more long term as this could yet be down for some time until we start seeing improvements in production and stronger fundamentals in place. Which would also mean one can get in cheaper lol. I'm here LT I'm prepared to wait at least a couple years. If I can recoup even 50-60% it's much better than the current 95% loss.

No problem CS, but the loss making part of the business has been sold off and they will save on staffng costs. The Health & Nutrition side of the business has always been making money for the business, they have regular orders from China, India, USA, Africa/Middle East. Pre covid the Health and Nutrition side of the business was turning over between 10-12M per year. The company has already stated in the latest Trading Update that they expect full year revenues from the Health and Nutrition business to be in the range of £7.5-£8.0 million for the year ended 31 March 2023. So were already close to pre covid levels.

We've also attracted more investors than pre covid, the more investors we have trading and believing in the stock the more this will affect the SP and eventually the MCAP. There are plenty of companies that have a decent MCAP due to the investors they have onboard, and not by how much they are turnover. Some are turning over a pittance but have a good MCAP.

The good thing about the 90M warrants are they are held by Institutions, who wont be eager to excercise them if they see the SP acting positively. They will be well aware that dilution will weaken their investments.The US market is a plus but not the only thing ODX are relying on. With a new CEO and fresh ideas they could expand on what we already have with better marketing and execution.

CaptainSwag - Well the simple reason is that I think it's undervalued. I think a fair price for this stock is 10p and Simply Wall Street also thinks it should be around 10p. The potential is there if they can expand their current portfolio in the regions they already supply to, along with the ongoing expansion in the US which is already set up to start receiving orders. New orders will be arriving from there soon.

They've also sold the CD4 business which was running at a loss, they will save money there along with the staffing costs which have now been transferred over to the new company, big savings there. We've also already received a cash lump sum for the sale of that and the Alva building which will help strengthen the balance sheet. We may dip a bit during the coming weeks/months, but LT I dont see ODX at these levels. I expect to see them at pre-covid levels where they were trading at 10 - 25p. If I buy in at these levels I will be looking to hit the 20p mark within at least the next two years which I think this Share is more than capable of doing. MCAP aint great but they haven't been badly diluted, and with new institutes investing in us, as well as the board buying up loads of shares recently, this could easily turn around. We also know when this Share starts to move it really starts moving, a bit like GDR. If that happens I'll be kicking myself that I didn't average down.

Averaging down at these levels, I'd be able to recoup my losses with maybe a little profit on top, if this can hit 20p within two years. At the moment I'm badly burned as I'm sure are a lot of people, especially the ones who bought into the covid tests which turned out to be a $hit show from Boris and the govt, it cost the company and us poor shareholders. In fact, news about the final outcome of that should be announced between now and March. This could drop further but I'm down badly as it is, buying some more at this level wont make much difference, but it will make a big difference if it goes up. I'll keep and eye and see, it's all about timing now.

Was going to jump in today and average down. That's the problem when buying in, you don't know if it's going to come down some more, start going up, or if it will flatline. Looks like this could come down some more. I was all geared up to average down today, leaving it another week could be a mistake, but I think I'll take the chance and wait. It's great at these levels though, you can snap up thousands of shares for peanuts. Roll on next week, it will be intersting to see which way this goes.

nissangtr786 - It's not just how many buys and sells that affect the SP, there are other factors that need to be considered as well, like the state of the market in general ie interest rates, inflation, the FTSE overall etc, and for the company itself supply and demand. Two days of mainly buys could be filling previous days of mainly sells. Lots of buys don't necessarily mean the price will go up.

Pokerchips - Agreed, it doesn't make much difference, but I'm still curious as to why this wasn't consolidated earlier?

Would you consider the latest break-through with OrthoPure® XT a major turning point for the company? I'm thinking of jumping onboard.

This stock looks like it has good fundamentals in place, but there's a big elephant in the room. Can someone explain why this company has 7B shares in the market? That's a hell of a lot of shares.
