NTD, I think your right, there is now huge pressure on Leon to sort this out. Fundamentally this was an easy slam dunk 12 months ago, but clearly bad management combined with much weaker macro has put this under incredible pressure. Trust from the market is clearly under question. But for me the fundamentals still make this an incredible buy. My take is earnings will rise rapidly, via cobalt and copper , China recovering from covid, will keep short term stability to copper and cobalt prices. TW has confirmed to the market no placing on next purchase by publicly airing a conversation between Ollie ( chairman and Mark Slater ). It would certainly seem some very clever deal making happening behind the scenes. With the MOU in place on Mopani and Roan's capacity over doubling and the next purchase/move inbound, without a placing, i feel the short term future is tantalising. Seis has certainly been joining up some of the dots here or exposing some of the possibilities. The share price here here is crazy in comparison to the potential. It is very important Leon, you announce quarterly reporting to steady market nerves and assure them of regular updates. A lot of damage has been done here, but regular updates will go some way to unwinding this and the fundamentals will take over.

I look at the share price and i look at circa 1,000 tons of copper per month imminent with a target of 4,000 tons of copper per month in the near future, with cobalt ramping up to 140 tons per month in not much more than a months time! As no more than a test plant!! The mother load to come!! Im thinking of cancelling the family to buy every last share i can!!!!

Morning Prof, 70% is done as a fixed processing charge. Im not sure if the other 30% is our own material, so we keep all the increase, or is just processed on a profit share or a combination of both. But will be a nice increase either way.

I started listening to the presentation again this morning and found on second listen, there was so much more information than i took in, on first hearing. I managed about half way, but would strongly recommend a second listen. A couple of stand out points really hit and their possible impact. Firstly Leon confirmed early this year chrome prices had nearly doubled! He further confirmed 30% of chrome production was exposed to market prices. we expect to produce 600,000 tons of chrome this half, so 30% is 180k tonnes. I am assuming a fairly safe $125 increase to $250. ( someone may have more accurate chrome prices?) Prices have been suggested to reach $300. So an increase of $125 per ton x 180kt is a staggering $22.5M extra earnings as long as that price is maintained. How much of this do we get to keep? even 50% is a staggering increase on profits! any thoughts anyone? Just highlights what a difference metal prices make. Another important point, Leon expects cobalt prices to harden soon. He also confirmed the first cobalt sale had taken place in January. He further confirmed cobalt had been ramped up to approx 75 tonnes in Feb and he was upping this to 140 tonnes in May. So by by estimation that approx 555 tonnes this half ( 50 Jan, 75 feb, Mar, Apr, 140 May and 140 June). Reduce this by 30% for upgrade disuption gives 388 tonnes, so using the previously agreed calcultion of x45% and x80% would give additional earnings of approx $5M. Leon has also stated they are concentrating on improving the percentage recovered so these figures may have already changed. Sounds like they are really getting on top of the power situation in South Africa, which is expected to produce more PGms second half. So lots to be positive about here, especially for earnings. Hopefully we will get to know a lot more about copper production in the next few weeks with the interims and Roan/ Northern updates. Looks like our time is finally arriving! Just need PGM prices to rise and voila!

Leon, you know you have messed up with communication. There have been major power issues out of your control, but you have come out fighting with all the craft of a true champion boxer on the ropes. I am fast learning, that no matter how big the problem you are handed, you deal with it, calmly, expediently and effeciently. I have no doubt in my mind you have all the attributes and desire necessary to take Jubilee to infinity and beyond, just as if Disney were writing the script. The work going on behind the scenes is insane and the progress is gigantic and i feel we will benefit very soon for the progress made. But it is so important full quarterly updates are issued to fully illustrate your journey for all to see, enjoy and witness, rather than video links to your mostly loyal following. I believe in your resiliance and drive more than ever to lead and build a large cap in the making. I undrestand your reasoning for 6 monthly reporting in the past, but now, it has to be quarterly and full quarterly reporting for the wider market to understand and trust in you the way we do.

@ Seis & Dorf, i do feel very empty! trust is hard earned and easily lost. I did not see that coming and feel Leon should be compelled to start quarterly reporting. Shareholders need to pile on the pressure in this regard and accept nothing less. I will make my voice heard at the AGM. To curtail copper production and stock pile concentrate has to be reported to shareholders no matter what in my view. It is simply not acceptable to report this 2-6 months afterwards. Leon is skating on very thin ice here and should show shareholders, some appreciation of this and announce quarterly reporting to ensure this doesnt happen again. All this said and done, there is still an incredible company here and i very much appreciate the expansion plans for Roan. I think the implications of this might just be more important than anyone is giving credit. I would imagine the upgrade cost will be a mere fraction of a new concentrater to get concentrate up and running for the north. With this reduced costing it may just mean an expensive fund raise may not be so necessary. With more concentrate in the pipeline, it is just a question of the refining capability to sort. With Roans capacity doubled to 20K tonnes and the refining capacity sorted, any further Northern development should be easily funded from cash in hand, so i actually quite like this development. This cloud may actually have a gold lining! I very much like they are looking to achieve a higher margin on the cobalt produced, whilst increasing production. With chrome production at 1,200,000 tonnes per annum, any increase in the price of chrome is going to have a sharp impact. We know chrome prices have appreciated substantially in the last 1-2 months. I have asked Leon to comment on the chrome margins tomorrow. Most importantly Leon, announce quarterly reporting.

Seis, that is a great post and really sums up matters here, although i will be going to the next AGM and campaigning for quarterly reporting @ Dorf ( clearly too far between updates ). Seis, what is your take on chrome at the moment. Reports of chrome in the $250-300 range are clearly significantly higher and maybe double of what has been achieved during most of our time of producing. With a production target of 1,200,000 tonnes per year, i have notes of a minimum margin of 14% and a maximum of 25%. is this just a simple multiplcation of 1.2M x $250 x 14%. Am i missing the point somewhere here? If not the increase in chrome price, coupled with the massive increase in production, do we have another substantial revenue stream, even using the lower percentage and price. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Nelson & JLP-Jubes, may just surprise a few of us with substantial revaluations and in the near term. When the blueprint for the Northern Project is announced, this is going to chart a clear route for substantially enhanced profits. If this can be initiated, from cash in hand, cash generated over the development period and debt financing, then this will go crazy. The Northern project will enhance earnings and profits by multiples and will be wrapped up in a reasonable time frame. With a proven and tested formula, combined with a rising market cap, its only going to take a few institutions having to accumulate on the open market to send this crazy. If equity raises are confined to the past, its not going to be long before more institutions come on board, especially as the market cap rises and more instiuions become available to invest. In my view the Northern Project is key and could just send this into orbit as highlighted by Seeking Alpha.

Hey Nelson, couldnt have written this better. A real mood changer. Got to love a good school report, makes everyone happy, those invested at least! Most of us know how good the opportunity here is, but it is easy to get deflated, keep listening to the keyboard bullies trying to out muscle the voice of optimism and reason. There is no question the next 1-3 years here are going to be scintillating and reward the long term/ new share holders appropriately. With so much news to come- articles and supporters like this one will drive this share to new highs rapidly. Time is precious, but i cant wait to see the shape of Jubes in 12 month, with the world economy on the turn, China slowly opening up, the electrical revolution underway, our product will be so sought after, this is an absolute no brainer and life changer for me. I could be wrong, but i dont think JLP have issued warrants/ options ( other than staff incentives ) for quite some time. This is the final overhang from the dark days, when finance was difficult to achieve. Staff incentives are critical to get the right people. I cannot understand such general negativeness on here, when the company have just confirmed in writing such explosive, what i believe to be industry game changing news, setting a pathway to untold earnings, in the relatively near future. We havent even seen the impact yet of Sable & Inyoni yet. Its all to come and soon. The really exciting part for me, is just how big is that cobalt number going to be. " the company is currently considering the upscale of cobalt production through the acquisition of refining infrastructure." Well done Leon & team, keep pushing, keep promoting and the share price will follow soon.

Edzi, yes indeed, the share price is well oversold because of the warrants, but there are many other factors, including funding the Northern project, the wider macro etc, etc. However, i feel all your arguments support now is an extremely good buying opportunity. i believe the warrant position will sort itself fairly quickly as investors return in the New Year based predominately on 2 factors, the 6 month results showing record earnings, plus the blue print being published for the Northern project highlighting the route for massively increased earnings. Whilst investors return to the wider markets as well. The wider macro may assist greatly here, if inflation continues to drop, the need for interest rate increases subside and may well turn fairly quickly into an argument for dropping them, after all inflation is a year on year measure and most of this year was measured against lockdown inflation, whereas next year will be measuring against increased inflation. Oil is a classic example, if it stays at circa £1.80 per litre, at some points next year it will be deflationary. Sentiment turns on a halfpenny and waits for no man. Look at the DOW, circa 29,000 mid October. Over 34,000 at the end of November. Whilst we are now indeed in a bear market, the average bear market lasts for just over a year. I believe we are getting very close to that period. Undoubtably this has been created by central banks taiming inflation, but i strongly believe once inflation is under control, central banks will be forced into reducing interest rates to stimulate economies. A bull market will result and the average bull market lasts for nearly 4 years and i can think of no better place to invested other than JLP, with metal prices rising into a bull market, whilst growth is raging at JLP. So in the grand scheme of matters i do think now is an extremely good time to be accumulating JLP. Market timing is an impossible guess, but if you believe in the JLP story the last couiple of months and maybe the next 1 or 2 could be an extremely good entry point. Just my view of the current situation, so does not mean much, but i believe the old saying is buy low, sell high!

Wow, this is starting to look a lot like an incredible opportunity. With record earnings ( for the 6 months to december ) expected by most on here. Metal prices starting to recover nicely. China opening up and allowing their people more and more freedom. Inflation dropping stateside fairly sharply. How long before people are expecting interest rates to come down? How big an opportunity is this? With record earnings expected first half this year, even bigger earnings expected second half, is this the perfect buying opportunity? Soon we will have the 6 month operational report and very likely never see this opportunity again. I know my Christmas present this year is going to be JLP shares! The fundamentals here are incredible and the growth expected over the next 12/18 months is off the scale, the whole of next year is likely to be a buying opportunity, with whats coming, not to mention the current period and the 6 monthly report around the corner. Only one thing on my Christmas list, i made hay here whilst the covid drop collapsed the share price and i am going to make hay again!

The current market cap is almost spot on 8 times EBIDTA ( 8x £37M = £296M ). If earnings are any where near the the $100M discussed, there will be a substantial re-rate. If metals continue to gain value, this will add further upside, in not only the bottom line, but in the earnings multiple as well. A win win, especially with China ( dare i say it!! ) opening its doors, next calendar could be very special for the share price here. Anyone interested in the $100m earnings free cash flow figure should listen to the Sunday Roast Pod Cast at the end of October starring Leon Coetzer. The $100m figure is discussed quite formally and quoted as free cash flow. A P/E rate of 10 is quoted along with a billion pound company at the end of this financial year. A very pleasing listen for shareholders. This represents a very distinct change in fortunes to last years figures and it would appear all the hard work is paying off and will no doubt feed into the share price very soon.

Brilliant news Seis and the technical posters have really cheered me up for Christmas, sounds like fantastic ground broken. Biggest worry now is a take over at this share price.
