He was so excited when the share price went from 3 to 4p, he sold out, thinking he was the wolf of wall street! Im not sure the combined value was enough to pay the dealing fee, but he was king for a day, just spending the rest of his life in misery & poverty.

@ JLP, yes great news re Roan and still processing with only circa 4 weeks down time expected. This must be about best possible scenario we could have hoped for.

@ Northern, it certainly is and why i have been accumulating during the down period. We've been saying for some time chrome is going to play a big part and here we are. Certainly looks like the high price is going to stick with the news coming out of India ( think Leon said five fold increase in their use ). I do believe at some stage cobalt is going to take us to another level as well, but for now, just happy to welcome the massive expansion in chrome, copper and PGms over the next 0-24 months.

Seis, that is crazy good. Explains so much and the value about to come through is insane. You look at the current share price and wonder what is going on. The quality of the development within Jubilee is massive and the info to market is improving dramatically which has to mean a fast rise in the share price. The progress and path being taken is becoming more understandable, almost by the day at the moment. Way too much info for just one listen, but one line stands out- " the group revenue is about to increase by multiples, not just a percentage". Staggering growth on the horizon, just what we have been waiting for.

This is very interesting Gotreal. The latest copper consumtion data in China, shows that demand held up surprisingly well.

Thanks @ Seis & Jonah. What a great interview and doesnt sound like there has been too much disruption to the Roan production to date. Great to hear Leon in such a confident mood again and the prospects of Roan in full swing from October. Momentum is gathering rapidly.

Gentlemen, if Sable is running at full capacity, company guidance of 6k tonnes of copper is looking a little conservative perhaps? Excess concentrate sales would be a massive bonus too. Is anyone able to copy and paste the WHI broker note please.

There certainly was plenty of good news. A lot of small investors have certainly left over the last 12 months for many reasons and that certainly is one. Communication does appear to be improving and is probably due to the chairman and realisation by Leon, change was needed. Plus it is probably much easier now, with good news rolling off the production line like sweets in a sweet factory. Many of those investors who have left, will now probably be considering buying back in. This certainly does feel like bottom to me, especially with copper looking set to really gain momentum in October, only a few weeks away. The earnings for the current year are going to be significantly higher, just waiting for the market to realise this. Now could well be the turning point.

And that expansion MM64, has now considerably increased the cash flow again as per the highlighted increase in production from todays RNS. 24,500 tons already traded!

Well Mr. Desperate, with the growth and scaling up we are witnessing, that is certainly my minimum exit target. Time must be getting close to you having to reincarnate?

Looks like the Bush-Hunter is becoming increasingly desperate today with 7 posts already today. With so much of the world on fire, its with a very heavy heart, i hope this is one bush that catches fires and burns badly! Jubilee is on the turn, production and earnings are rising, no matter how much gibberish you spout you cannot stop production and earnings from rising. You cannot get away from the scaling up we are seeing in chrome and PGM's and we all know copper is following.

HD43, sentiment is definitely starting to change. The last 3 or 4 RNS's have been standout good. So much good news between them, its been unbelievable to think the share price has been re-tracing. A lot more news here than the first read suggests. Stand out for me is confirmation of the new chrome production, delivered as promised. A huge new chrome deal on the horizon. Chrome prices are particularly strong and this largely offsets the weakness in the basket price. A cracking copper deal undertaken with 2% grades, going to take 60% of capacity at Roan. Going to massively prolong the Roan resources. Results of the Northern tests exceeded expectations! This has to be best news possible. A low capital- intensive solution. Good news, good news and more good news. It is becoming abundantly clear of the ability Jubilee has to scale up on the chrome and PGM earnings with copper looking set to follow. You cannot keep rolling out good news and have no effect on the share price. Something has to give here and hopefully soon.

Could this be the first in a series of very important Zambiam updates. I cannot see any downside to this announcement, all i can see is a company preparing for major expansion. Like it or not, Jubilee is edging towards their goal. Soon Roan will be expanded, circa 6 weeks and copper will be flowing permanently through Sable. But not only will Sable be rocking and rolling, the first phase of the Northern project will be complete! Progress is probably much greater than any body is giving credit for and the cost is being spread, asset value is rising fast.

Dorf, i will certainly be going to the AGM this year. It is time the management start communicating with market in much more detail. It is now, just not acceptable. I have not been impressed by the new chairman at all. Thats not to say he is not doing good work behind the scenes and will come good, but to date the self promotion is getting worse and you wouldnt know we had a chairman, unless you look on the website! This approach is fine when the share price is holding up well, but when it is one third of its high, i believe the management need to go above and beyond with their market communication to promote the company. Especially when there is such a good story to tell. Leon assured us communication would improve, unfortunately they haven't. There is going to have to be some accountability of the board soon.

I think finance will be easy with £300m in assets. Roan is currently being expanded to feed the first stage of the Northern project. This should be finished in around 6 weeks time. Being funded out of the Bank of Jubilee. This will increase the asset value even further, which i dont think takes into account Roan as the £300m is at End of year 22. Just a question of financing the processing plant. Should be a walk in the park. Perhaps a chance for the new chairman to excel? I think the biggest danger now, is a take over! Market cap is ridicously low in comparison to asset value. With the incoming investment arranged by the US and UK governments in Zambia, our assets could look very tasty, not to mmention our expertise!

leon is our leader and it is time for him to lead. it is such a shame that jubilee has such bright prospects, but the guidance and time lines offered are continually missed. dates are set and come and go with no updates. for example, the cobalt upgrage in may, the wide mouth extension at a similar time frame. why only tell share holders about the new joint venture at commissioning stage! the blue print for the northern project has been promised on many an occassion, but so far has failed to materialise. it is understandable, there has been a slow drawn out exodus of shareholders, slowly losing faith in the management to deliver. there was no stopping a major decline in the share price, due to metal prices collapsing, but the situation has been clearly exacerbated by management. the last rns, written on the back of a *** packet in 5 minutes was just not acceptable. i am starting to believe, colin, love him or hate him, has left a vacuum in the company and the new chairman is just not having any impact and in fact, communication and guidance has gone down hill since his arrival. a small victory for shareholders in the form of a quarterly update, but generally the standard of reporting has dropped in my view. it is time for the company ( leon , dont think much point including the chairman ), to set out clearly for share holders, where the northern project currently stands, what the options are and what is the back up plan if the chosen facility does not become available. an indication of how this is going to be financed. an update on roan's expansion, now we are half way through the time period allotted for the upgrade, would not go a miss. how has production been affected. is there going to be third party processing at the end of the upgrade. make it clear for prople to understand. im sure shareholders would love to hear any updates or progress on the start dates for the eastern limb chrome plant and processing plant that follows. the agm could be very interesting this year, unless reporting improves. time to lead this company into the future leon, onwards and upwards, but please take your shareholders with you on this very exciting journey that is under way....

We certainly have Frog, ive been invested for about 8/9 years, not as long as some of you, but a considerable time none the less. The last few years have seen a macro marred with problems, but we got through that and have been been profitable all the time. This is a concept i strongly believe in and i believe whilst the macro is against us now, this will change soon and change fast. When it does the 7p will disappear, but not only will the 7p dissapear, the reliance on PGM's will dissapear simultaneously giving us a double/ tripple/quadruple whammy. As copper, cobalt and chrome come into play much more significantly, with copper and cobalt very likely becoming the mainstay of the future. This is an opportunity i know you are taking advantage of and i have added a few too, i am convinced we are very close, to 25k tonne of copper per year. This is when everything changes. After 8/9 years a few more weeks/months is neither here nor there, especially when we are preparing Roan, its not like we are wasting time and at least spreading the cost. I dont think it will take them long to retro fit the new plant when they get the go ahead. The plan is clearly set, just lots of polictics with ZCCM. If this ultimately leeds to 40/50k tonne of copper and 5-10k tonne of cobalt in 2 years, a few weeks now is neither here nor there. At least i keep convincing myself! I do often wonder though, at that stage how quick future growth could be, with the wealth that would be being generated.

When Leon announced Jubilee had cracked cobalt production, it wasnt long before he was saying this would open the door to metals backed finance. There is no hiding the billions of £'s and $'s about to be thrown at Zambia to secure production of certain minerals after the U.S. and British MOU's have recently been announced. Zambia is certainly becoming a hub for foreign investment as production of certain minerals is desperately sought. Just shows the bun fight that is about to begin for these minerals. Copper will certainly be a game changer for Jubilee beyond most peoples comprehension, but i have always believed the real winner is going to be cobalt. In such short supply around the world as soon as demand picks up, you can only guess at the price. Clearly western governments are trying to secure their share of the pie! What does this mean for Jubilee? Western governments want green copper and cobalt. Who can produce green copper and cobalt? Who is advising and consulting with the Zambian government on such matters? Not long, just a little patience required as stated by Saul Simujika of NUMAN. @ Frogkid, absolutely, under promise and over deliver, but promote what you deliver. That RNS underwhelmed, when it could have overwhelmed! The copper production was a big mile stone as Seis points out, but that RNS almost disguises the fact.

@ Gotreal- thanks, i guess a way to go for promotion up the table, but looks like Leon is working hard on it! A chart or table would be very interesting.
