Homey, Colin has been in London several times in the last year requesting audiences that I know of. I went to one. The AGM was open to shareholders and well advertised. If you was genuinely concerned I’m sure you would have gone to the top and voiced your opinions. Rather than trying to convince on here you are a caring shareholder amongst your disruption discrediting and total negativity.

Homey, I find it very strange in our numerous encounters in the past you have insisted you only go by written publications issued by the company and now I find you arguing your case with facial expressions. You appear to becoming more desperate in your reasoning. You argue the case of balance, yet you are only negative and encourage other posters to be negative. You are even more negative when the board is negative! You obviously have a short trade on at present and are desperate for genuine posters to engage with you in a bid to promote more negativity. In my view this sort of behaviour is diabolical. There are genuine investors here, looking to build futures for their families and themselves. There is a credible company here with an exciting future that I trust implicitly along with most other shareholders. I believe the recent resolution passed with 96% of the vote. No matter how much you try and discredit the company, you will not be able to stop the avalanche of earnings about to come our way. The cobalt must be really gutting you. A few of us hoped the cobalt would make its way to sable, but 1,200 tonnes a year at this early stage, wow what a surprise! No matter how much dribble you write you will not stop that and the resulting money will swell the bank accounts. As Leon has stated it doesn’t take much more to produce the cobalt after the copper process. At $81k per tonne they can afford to transport it in chauffeur driven bentleys and make a handsome profit and it starts in July.

BB2. Thank you very much for your input and everyone who attended the AGM, certainly my intention to attend next. I very much get the feeling Jubes is in a different stage of their development. The last year was probably very difficult and with hind sight was probably managed very well. There would have been long periods of no income that could have collapsed the share price. In stark contrast going forward we now have a stable Inyoni churning out PGMs with no profit share and no down time. Chrome production making us one of the worlds top providers. Copper and cobalt about to swell the bank account for the next 20-30 years uninterrupted. The elephants about to come into play. Jubes is now very much in a position to give data every 3 months, without collapsing the share price and again in contrast probably boosting the share price. Growth is going to come fast and furious. A new Eastern limb facility appears a done deal. I am very much expecting lots more copper and particularly cobalt deals in Zambia. For me this is a stinking buy at current prices. A real opportunity to build a position at a cheap entry. I will keeping. In summary a very difficult period has been navigated and now so much to look forward to.

Absolutely magical cobalt rabbit pulled out of the hat! Will have to considerably increase revenue forecasts for financial year 22-23!!!!!! Everyone’s worst fears eliminated and Jubes still on course for dreamland! Well done everyone involved. Too much to digest in a quick read. Looking forward to some serious reading tonight. I feel this is a major turning point in the development of Jubes! Life is going to get very exciting. Going to be new growth everywhere, with substantial funds coming in. One last equity raise and then to the moon!

Absolutely JLP, what an entry point. I feel all of the hurt of the down time for upgrades and developments is still entrenched in the share price, when in reality Jubes is now starting to fire on all cylinders.

I see the clowns are still creating mischief and mayhem. My understanding was the same as you Charles. Zn & Pb prices would have to be much higher to reduce the copper processing capability. With copper prices going one way and copper set to ramp up fast during May, Leon has absolutely made the right decision. I for one am expecting a sharp rise in the share price on the back of this and am very grateful for all the hard work from Leon &co. They have created a very solid foundation at Inyoni for years to come and now we are about to bare fruits in Zambia. Whilst I appreciate Zambia is a tad behind schedule, most of this has been achieved with a back drop of shut downs, covid restrictions and limited supply chain. I say well done Jubilee and let’s hear you crow very loud Leon when ramp up is complete, you truly are the ring master of this circus!

Don’t need to be optimistic any more! It’s all happening. Inyoni flowing and copper ramping up next month. Mikies a happy boy.

Homey, I haven’t really got time to get embroiled with your negativity. The results will be out in July, but the point is- with all upgrades complete on Inyoni this is now free cash flow and as Leon stated in December the basket price is looking good.

Spot on Gotreal. What about the new improved cash generation at Inyoni, everyone forgetting that! Just a small matter of how millions a month- well we find out in July.

Hi Nelson, I’m fine thanks as I hope you and all here are. Whilst I appreciate no one here likes dilution, I am happy to give the company a free hand as I have benefited very well from the multi bags in the last couple of years from dilution. I further expect more bags in the next 12-24 months based on previous dilution. Whilst the company is about to increase earnings dramatically with Roan, I am very excited to hear the next project announced. I do hope it’s lots more cobalt and can be incorporated with the elephants somehow. With the price of Cobalt at $82k per tonne, If this takes one more equity raise, I feel the value will far out way the cost. There is clearly something brewing and as a long term holder I am very excited, for the value already created, the value about to added, the value we know is coming and very importantly the value we don’t know about yet!!

Homey, I have very little time to post these days, but if you really wanted to bring balance to this board your posts would have been largely positive of late as the board as has been predominately negative. I have to give you credit, your continual deramping is very clever, but balance it does not provide, other than target any positive poster. Whatever your agenda, balance is not your objective!

The fundamentals here are off the scale. The South African PGM production has never been in a better place. Set for the long term and capable of receiving different kinds of material. Very interesting to see Leon in the video referring to Palladium and his emphasis to capitalise on this. Copper production about to ramp up big time. I just hope we get a quarterly update on the PGM production. It will be interesting to see what they’re doing at Windsor as well. Most interesting is Leon’s visit to London and his comments on a clean balance sheet. Matters have been very quiet for a while and it’s not like Leon to stand still for too long. Another big deal incoming ? Leon was referring to copper growth like buildings blocks, just keep stacking up the blocks. He seemed incredibly confident. My moneys on more copper deals possibly targeting cobalt. Cobalt has to be the main target after Leon admitted cracking Cobalt and it was likely to be the groups biggest income stream. Yes my moneys on another big copper/ cobalt project and I believe Leon will pull this off with debt/ bond finance this time. Thank you for posting the video, a very timely reminder just why we are invested here.

Feeling uncomfortably short or out Homey!

Yes it was a CLN’s issued several years ago when the share price was about 2-3p. It was one of the main reasons we are where we are today. They had to be converted I think next year, but I’m guessing Jubilee have forced their hand as they want to develop the company now. There was a cash buy out for a lower figure if I remember right that Jubilee could have triggered. Nice to have a clean balance sheet, income ramping substantially. My guess - there’s lot to come here very soon!

Well, that gets rid of that cloud hanging over our heads. Also sounds like they want to keep their shares( not that I’m overly concerned as any block sale would undoubtedly be picked up by an institution now). Also sounds like future finance being agreed with them on a much cleaner basis. Think this is paving the way some big acquisitions and finance deals, maybe imminently! Roan ramp up imminent, a little late, but most welcome at nearly $11k per tonne!
