Shares, your guess is as good as ours, none of us are privy to that info , all we can go off is the information provided by RNS, which states that various parties are still at the table (and if this isn't the case then it would need to be RNSed). All we are doing is weighing up the likelihood of a sale, the market has appropriately devalued the company given the unknowns, however I believe that devaluing has been overdone given the underlying value of our tier 1 asset and the fact conversations remain ongoing. If you aren't happy with the state of play then there is nothing forcing you to be here if you are invested, or not. If you think the company is not undervalued enough you can put a short on but risk getting "Jubbed".

Exactly that Muffin, what are these people trying to convince us of? You either believe what's in the RNSs or you don't, it's as simple as that. If you are convinced the company's assets will not sell, what are you still hanging about this board for? The BODs payday (and retirement for CS) will be when this is sold, whatever that price may be.

Buyers outweighing sellers consistently over the last few days and weeks by volume, bottomed out with those left in awaiting news. Seems about right.

Don't forget Palladium went up 10% in price just yesterday, of course most will ignore that.

That's the risk you take. You can't discuss details of an ongoing sales process when there are NDAs with prospective buyers, it's as simple as that. As frustrating as the unanswered questions are. At the end of the process, whenever that might be, all that matters will be if you are in, or out.

That's why there's a NOMAD Herbie, why don't you give them a ring and throw some accusations and see how that works out.

Happy to just wait this one out, the potential rewards outweigh the risk IMO. Obviously, the amount invested needs to be appropriate to the person. There are always risks, some are worth taking.

That's fine, but I don't see why there should be any correlation between the share price and the likelihood of an ASSET sale. The shares are sticky at these prices, you've just witnessed a 20% rise off the back of a few million shares being traded (which is why a "just buy the company" would never happen). The BOD's interests are very much aligned with other shareholders. Unlike many AIM companies, the BOD remains invested and focussed on the sales process.

Other than the counterparties in Russia and Hong Kong? I get your point about western companies not wanting to buy, but the bod have made it pretty clear for some time now that the parties that are interested are not western. I'll remain holding thanks.

Read the RNSs, MT is self funded via Sinosteel agreement if activated, WK has concentrate to sell and could mine again relatively quickly. However, other than maintenance, WK remains in a sale ready state. Sinosteel contract will not be executed whilst counterparty discussions continue...
