I presume it's the commitment to fund the development that needs to be made. Who's to say we don't commit and a third party fund the development costs alongside an agreement to buy the 51% share at a discount. Potentially a lot of options!

Don't forget the option to acquire 51%! You can potentially multiply that $30-35m with say £5m-£10m capex :) Let's hope Rolf provides more details on the figures soon. A lot of accumulating going on in the background, you can see the delayed trades!

Love the Uranium play here for such a low MCAP - try find that elsewhere in the market for such low capex! Huge opportunity for the company!

Amazing still at this price, recommend anyone look at the uranium project on the website, and remind themselves of the past IRR, current U3O8 price, the low capex and the potential IRR. This will get snapped up quickly if bod doesn't decide to develop.

It is massive news and agree not fully digested yet. This sort of low capex project does not come along too often. At the right price it shouldn't take much to flog it and reduce dilution on an RTO. Then we really will see some rockets.

It's because value needs to be realised and clearly the market doesn't think the BOD is able to realise it. Even if they sold for a fraction of the NPV it's multiples. Not even considering a potential RTO.

Which bit looks crap? The potential main market RTO or the Uranium project?

Really nothing to do with the EUA management anymore, the ownership of the shares is irrelevant with regards to the purposes of selling the company assets. All this does is reduce speculation about the shares being sold for several more months. Good news in my eyes. Thanks for the info.

The BOD will ultimately need to address the primary objective of the senior executive team and make clear the intentions of the company moving forwards. When that will be who knows. I'm guessing you are not invested and considering a short then?
