Those posting grade A nonsense on here about the FSP being over. It states in the RNS this is COMPLETELY separate from the sale. Sorry you guys missed out of misinformation and impatience and will now be paying to get in at a much higher price. The big players know how big this is so the little sour grapes on the BB will not have any impact on the shareprice. This RNS was a MONSTER. Now we wait the outcome of the "strategic options" for the the company. :)

Agreed. Although can I clarify that the company won't be delisting on 6 April, it will be suspended. If 6 months after that, they haven't RTOd or raised as an investment vehicle (which I see as quite unlikely given their experience and contacts). Then we would be delisted and probably liquidated with remaining cash (current value £1.2m) to SHs after any costs. I'll take the chances.

0.80p is cash value so I couldn't let myself sell for less than that. Especially when there is still potential to get this shownon the road. RTO or investment vehicle will be fine by me if the investment uses Nick Lees connections.

It probably is in their best interests but it's most likely we will be suspended now and become an investment vehicle after a raise. Not necessarily a bad thing, will just have to see how it pans out. Unless an RTO offer presents itself that they can't refuse.

I'm not too disheartened. Suspension doesn't really mean much if you don't need your cash immediately. If they raise or RTO in the 6 months then still could be some decent upside. Each to their own though.

I would read the 24.03.21 RNS. The company still has 6 months from 6 April (suspension) to raise cash or to RTO. If neither happens in that 6 months then company liquidated and remaining cash distributed to shareholders.

£1.2M cash plus 60k ish from warrants. Like I said previously there is some potential downside to the actual cash value but equally potential for considerable upside if a deal can be struck or funds raised for an investment vehicle in the 6 months from suspension. So I think it's unlikely we'll see the MCAP exacting the cash value. Having a publicly listed company trading holds some inherent value in itself and liquidation would just return cash to SHs.

The company market cap is basically at cash value now, so hold for up to 6 months and see if something comes to fruition or get basically the current mcap in cash back in the event of liquidation. May as well hold IMO.

The people that are selling are the ones who think that the impending suspension has a bearing on a potential deal being negotiated. It does not, the BOD will have 6 months to negotiate one if nothing announced by 6 April. Up to 6 months. Could be anytime really.
