Lp funny I just researched the same thing prior to your link.... seems like a legit partnership a £3.7m net asset company with £3.3m in profit reserves for a UK subsidiary is no mean feat - assume their head office in Germany is significantly more profitable

Not sure why no one has mentioned.... but it's highly likely they're done selling - they would have continued to sell off before announcing via TR1 if they wanted to shift the lot, have a look at the BRH RNS too - language suggests that they have more than they need

It should move up from here IMO

In my experience the SP almost always rises when a TR1 is near done, with that volume they'll be gone by close of play tomorrow assuming they're still selling but I'd imagine they'd hold as they have no idea what to do with their £11m as per their RNS

absolutely insane, the markets absorbed 320m shares and a vaccine announcement in just 48 hours - was easily going to 150m mcap without that, should get there in time IMO

Imagine working hard to expedite a game changing product, reassure shareholders of the demand and efficacy of his product, working weekends to secure extra manufacturing, appearing on multiple national media outlets to promote the product - only for a non exec to crash the price in 24 hours for personal reasons

I'd be ****ed too tbh, but good to hear Gareth has faith in the potential - should move sharply when they've ****ed off

I'm expecting a considerable sized contract which includes ramping up of manufacturing capability in the near term, should whack an extra 100m onto the mcap for a while

IIRC NCYT went from a few mil in cash to a 800m mcap without a raise - profits just get reinvested and orders would be paid for up front

So around a conservative 90m based on current situation excluding future potential
Add another 90m on top with each new machine, you'd imagine they'd aim for as many as possible depending on demand

Upside is almost unlimited (covid or not)

For those less experienced.... iceberg sellers (probably the non exec) along with traders in a heavily volatile share, you'll get wild swings both ways, it usually steady's when the selling is done

If you're concerned just re-read the last few RNS's - global demand for years to come, demand exceeding supply, no placing needed, production to start in a few weeks and the word spreading via news outlets, skin in game and good PR/investor relations

Just be patient ignore the noise and ride it out - it's heavily undervalued for potential IMO

Surely the market's missing the point here...? It works for other viruses too not just COVID, they're gonna corner the global market with a patented first in kind product - if production can be ramped up accordingly you've got a £billion + company

Agreed DOH, only the bedwetting PI's will run - although I highly doubt any further vaccine news would be as impactful as the previous. Look at how NCYT recovered after the drop and they're arguably in a more vulnerable position being a pure covid play (their directors also bought IIRC after vaccine news) - contracts and P/E ratios will always do the talking

Contracts and revenue will ultimately dictate the bigger near term SP moves- vaccine or not, the recovery of our friends at NCYT are a perfect example

The 40% crash on Monday raised the ‘blinkers’ for everyone already, no need for someone to spend the entire weekend reiterating the obvious to get a cheaper entry or whatever it is you want. There are also several other covid stocks on the LSE FYI - Avacta being the least binary of them all
