Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Where were you when AMC cinema was rocketing? We were hoping for some accidental purchases here!
Trust in the BOD has been decimated over the years and most are still wary. In the past RNS's with dates and deadlines have been missed by years so it makes sense people would be wary of an "approximately." I mean the RNS isn't exactly clear.
I stand corrected, said the man in the orthopedic shoes.
I should think he did if he was telling the truth. I remember him saying his broker rang him to congratulate him on being a millionaire and he said he wasn't planning on selling AMC until £1 a share.
Wow - they're some beefy column inches below some pretty big stock tips!
If £100 million is .00333% of in ground value ... then our in ground value is £3,003,003,003,003.003??! We're gonna be loaded!
Give it longer than 6 hours. Most people here have waited 10 years, haha.
If Geng's buying at 3.4 we're safe for a bit.
Wasn't entropick was it ...? Where's is mr.moneybags now? Jetted off into the sunset I imagine.
It is crazy, but it's not as crazy as only having one party interested/bidding! We can be worth all the money in the world but if only one person is willing to part with any cash they very much have all the cards. Let's hope there are multiple interested parties. Excited to see what happens either way - hasn't been this much buzz around here since the license!
Is it exciting times for VLTH though ...?
I have a feeling we've been sat waiting at the dinner table for so long that we're going to be very disappointed by the size of our meal.
Rolled over and showed em our belly
Yeah it seems more of a "we'll take this off your hands" offer tbh. We were never going to see this mine to production. It'll take a concerted effort to either accept or reject the bid now (if one is made official.) Perhaps the same group that ousted Habib and rejected the finance deal will pool their votes again?
Strong finish on the cards?
I find it completely par for the course so far. If I could go further I think the bid will be accepted and it'll be offered to us to then accept or refuse.
The RNS confirms that they are in talks to sell at around the 100 million price.
Why the hell would it go past the valuation?
I can't recall but I'm sure they made a joke about thanking them for it going on to skyrocket now that they're out!
Sounds to me like the company is accepting the 100 mill bid so it'll fall on us to vote, unless I'm interpreting the RNS wrong.
P.S Who was that poor barstuard long-term holder who got out recently?
Would we want a few closes over 2.5p here to be in the clear?
Just advising people to exercise caution when taking info from someone with no affiliation to the company who has a track record of mis-informing share-holders, that's all.
