This isn't far away from the same market manipulation the guys on ADVFN pulled at the start of this year when they claimed to be in possession of a document that confirmed everything. If this is one of the reasons for the rise then what you've done should be illegal.
I truly hope this isn't what everyone is getting worked up over.
That document is from the 14th of March this year.

Jeez, stop typing out all your thoughts
They have a bargain, yes, but most of the people here do not. They could get a 100% increase and be delighted, but most people here would still be underwater.
Riverfort are out for a 3 month minimum. And apparently norlisk are in despite that being mentioned nowhere in the rns.

It's not insignificant but it could just as easily be a statement of intent (which is still enormously positive)
Until the other board-members start to position themselves I don't think we should read too much into it. Is it that unusual for a person to come on-board and buy shares in a company?
It all seems a little artificial on such small volume. Definitely not the norm though.
If I knew the answer to that I'd hope to have a higher paying job than RY. Maybe something other than attending the exact same forums every year? Or maybe don't promise your share-holders that value will increase soon when you don't have a plan on how to do that?
