Anyone know how nickel sulphides quantities are reported, gold is stated in g/t, are sulphides ppm and if so what figure becomes commercially viable or can ppm be converted to g/t same as gold etc etc.

Just curious as with nickel price doubling in just 1 year and continuing to rise we may not need as high figures even from just a year ago to make it attractive to a prospective buyer.

Aber the trades are very small I am talking in response to the suggesion of a sell off to an earlier post, there will always be small trades but i do not expect to see large sells or even buys until next news, perhaps a bit more buy volume as we approach the expected news in a weeks time, although it could fall at any time even today.

I think its a simple case of those that want to be in are in and everyone is fully loaded up, all just waiting for news imo so sp wil drift along at this level until then.

If Newmont walked away,which they did, and GGP has funded the drills, which they have, does Newmont now have a say?

I thought NDA was for the findings at the time and not for future work done by GGP independent of Newmont. Seems bizarre GH will note able to disclose g/t.

Agree Apple and we have had Newmont DSG help and MMI results since the previous holes were drilled. Its worth taking into account that the Kalgoorlie Super Pit averages just 1.4 g/t and its the holy grail of super pits.

We really have been spoilt with HAD001 as shareholders viewed the 5.83 g/t at HAD003 (+400% Kalgoorlie average!! )with disappointment after 137 g/t.

If we can average 2 g/t over a large area we wil rival the biggest and best, fact.

All thanks again, I do know GH did say that the drill spacings would have to be narrowed down again from 800m to 200m or similar to pinpoint even more accuracy and even further again regarding host mineralisation location. EG is such a vast area could we have a super pit lol

Thanks potters, agree to send 30 x 600m in1 hit would be a bit tough on the lab, also alows GH to cherry pick the better news and prepare an upbeat RNS, which I am confident it will be anyway.

and drilling completed ahead of schedule which is great. The sampes will then be sent to lab for analysis / testing etc.
Would GH wait for all 30 holes to be completed i.e within next 2 weeks and send all samples off together or do people think some of the earlier / first drilled holes would have already been sent for tests.

Interested in peeps opnion as to what news might be due fom Ernest Giles in relation to this on drill completion in 2 weeks, just an update stating drilling completed or possible some g/t known as of HAD001 released before the other 3.

Extremely unlikely I agree, it was his words of a spin off and public offering, what does he mean by spin off, obviously something totally different to what we have now and if we can get a sale of a license for $100m - $200 it gives a lot of options, certainly a JV with us having some clout in the negotiations.

We will have to see.

looked up the definition of public offering and it can mean several things but what keeps being repeated by whatever source is that it is a saleof shares or equity usually to raise funds for business expansion.

I think GH will sell off FireTower and use funds to possibly consider mining one of our licenses ourselves or at least in partnership, if he has done the maths why give away 5m oz's at $50 an oz when its $1350 an oz with $500 oz profit or more if its near / surface extraction.

To me it suggests GH is thinking big but jst my opinion

Its an excellent RNS, as simple as that. EG in 2 weeks could be the catalyst.

No one has stated that as proof or fact as it has not happened, my point in answering someone else by the way was to just show that sp is worked out by dividing MarCap / Net Asset Value (whichever you prefer ) by the number of shares in issue. That's it.

If by your own admisson you want to continue deramping then please continue, I do not have a problem with that.

We have come a long way in 6 mths, Ernest Giles has hardly had a look in the past few months irrespective of Newmont refusal, it was the be all and end all "Jewel in the Crown "for GGP at that time.

Just look at us now, Havieron, Black Hills both possible multi million oz and FireTower 1m oz almost seems a token gesture in comparison.

So much stronger than we were before, fully funded to the point where the sheer scale of what EG could still come in at has been relegated to just another one in the list.

What a great problem to have.

This could happen quicker Fun, and if it multiples you will need far less stake / crypto money to go back in with, you could then have the best of both worlds for no extra outlay.

Our sp would re-rate at the valuation GGP is set at regarding the MarCap / Net asset Value. If we find 10m oz's and command £50 oz then we are valued at £500m, divided by 3 bn shares equates to 16/17p. Its basic but that is the principle.

I think we will prove up more than 10m oz's taking in to account all the licenses we have. But 4p for a buyout will be rejected.

GH did say that amongst all the options that he could not discount the possibility of a buyout or words to that effect. Both myself and others stated that how could that happn with so many licenses not proved up or a lot of work left to do etc etc.

It is just starting to dawn on me and just a hunch that if EG is 2 weeks away from results ( GH wil know them already if they are that close ) and FireTower IP is complete also ( awaiting 3D model ) and HAD00's grades known Black Hills starting in less than a week I think he will have enough data from many areas of his licenses all in a couple of weeks for a possible buyout sooner rather than later.

Newcrest ( I think Newcrest from memory ) website state their strategy is to become involved in early stage exploration companies or words to that effect, we are actually a bit further down the line than that and for GH to state about a buyout a few days ago.... stranger things have happened.

Sandground, i had overlooked that but yes EG ahead of schedule and drill results in 2 weeks, we have news from so many avenues due soon and a tick up ( or more! ) from each one. FULLY FUNDED.

Deposits at Black Hills , Havieron and Ernest Giles. So not just Ernest Giles then, GH now expects multi million oz deposits at al 3sites.

Also of the £4.1m cash we still have £3.5m left!

Oh and FireTower 3DIP testing completed.
