Hi Mike, all it states in last RNS is that they will update within 1 week, as that is dated 08th then it should be tomorrow at the latest.
2 ways of looking at that last RNS 'week' update, firstly, my many unfortunate experiences with suspensions is that they tend to just drag on and on time wise, the longer the more worrying as it is usually followed by going in to liquidation.
Secondly, having said that I have to say it is rather unusual for an RNS to stipulate a time frame /actual date for a news update as in this case 'within a week'. Most often it is 'In due course' or 'as soon as is practicable' blah blah. It gives them 'wriggle' room if nothing else.
Therefore on that very wording it does suggest they are / were confident of meeting that statement because quite simply if they were not it would put undue pressure on them to meet the deadline. If they fail to do so in a week as they state then they run the risk of loss of face / integrity call it what you will. It lends me to believe there will be an update by COP tomorrow, even if not re-listing news then more detail relating to that.
If nothing by Friday then people will have to read in to that wjhat they will. All is not lost just yet and I genuinely hope for all holders this comes back to allow some recompense or even break even or god forbid a profit of some doing.
At least if it comes back holders will be in a position to make decisions something which is impossible when locked out.
