Thanks Flightman, I top sliced elsewhere today and this is a free carry so its a punt on the expected potential of MarCap being so low in comparison to the NPV (if succesful), Colter alone should make sp move signifiantly once oil proven up.
I don't fully understand Bunga Mas and PSC to be honest and not embarrassed to admit it but we could also have a shed load of gas in Badger.
I never predict an sp or outcome but as in previous post do not expect huge movement in spud news more the reassurance it will give shareholders once succesfully in place and drill ready.

Hi Boom mate, bought in today another 5.5m, my trades £21.7k, £10.45k and just did a £20.5k but that not showing yet.
I don't think there wil be a dramatic rise in sp when it spuds as that is what is needed to do to get the oil out, in 3 weeks time when the oil flows will be a different matter, and with a 72% COS that will hopefully be the case.

Agree GH was bemused at market reaction and I think the little bit of anger inside him prompted the retaliation of stating he wants to take GGP all the way through exploration, proving up and eventually production to become a very large company in its own rights, my words but the gist of it.
Never heard him state that before, one things for certain, he s not going to give it away on the cheap that's for sure.
GH confident and determined that he is still starting out on a much bigger end result with shareholders in mind.

stranger thigs have happened, although not to me! The nice thing is its an extra drill outside our 'NPV portfolio', a shot to nothing, we wont lose if its a duster as it wont cost us a penny nor factored in, a bit like VG-4 was an add on due to a good result at VG-3 and look how that turned out.
Anyway off home now.

chrish nothing wrong with your post mate, I know there is only a 24% COS but the extra drill at West Newton which could unearth $850m on its own is potentially frightening, would double the sp overnight even at 10p.

Appreciate all expecting HAD009 to be the blockbuster of the 4 holes but HAD006 has 363m of mineralisation continuing at end of hole, the largest intersection of them all. Is this not expected to be better or at the very least equal to HAD009?
It was only 50m south of HAD001 also.

Hi chrishutch, fully appreciate that and was part of the chat yesterday and Kiwi's posts, just be nice not to have to rely on extension and be able to get it done within timeframe as originally planned, that's all.
Just to add to earlier broker 3.5p chat I think that is pretty conservative if we get expected NPV levels, nearer 10p if all successful. Steve and Sachin sitting on a healthy cash chest to raid for other acquisitions, they do get a lot for their bucks so it's possible they might go for something even bigger than anything within our portfolio at present, who knows.

absolutely its just after the question mark of whether the Colter drill would make the time deadline its nice to see it in black and white from Corallian. None of the other spuds scheduled as tight i believe, a helluva few weeks coming.

So after spud Corallian estimate apprx 3 weeks to drill, whilst tight this should fall within the time cut off allowance i.e Feb28th. A much higher COS rate than Wick so fingers crossed.

I like that part of the Colter presentation, if succesful then the intended exit will be either IPO or sold to industry prior to development.
That would generate a lump sum value which would hit the RBD coffers in one fell swoop. That is what RBD are all about, monetisation / cashing in.
Steve & Sachin stress this point several times in the early podcasts. That's when the sp will go up in 'tiers' rather than gradual imo.

Dont underestimate California, NPV of $240m+, over half of everything else added together (if succesful), Monroe Swell & Grizzly Island estimated $100m each.

Agree adoubleuk, and Kiwi post regarding approval of permits suggests there should not be too many issues, fingers crossed.
