I also see that Lookers opened the second Polestar site in the Trafford centre around Christmas, and whilst this would not have consumed too much cash, it just shows how the company is re-positioning itself, here with a Chinese EV manufacturing company. With its new second hand cars site, a fleet of delivery lorries and purchasing cars second hand from retail punters to compete head on with Cazoo and Cinch, and its focus on smart repairs through its dealerships, I can see more good news to come in the annual report and H1 trading 2022.

Yes it is probably that new transit centre, new lorry delivery fleet and investment into sales channels etc. They appear to be gearing up for the future very well presently, and hopefully now back on the front foot to lead the market, after being in a very bad position over the last 5 years under the old CEO and chairman, who sat on their laurels.

PFS first quarter 2022, and DFS out not long after hopefully. Loads of preparatory work having gone on in the background towards both. Loads to look forward to in 2022, and all very positive.

If they are manipulating it down for a bid then I feel they are wasting their time. The majority of the shares here are held by the top 20 shareholders, and if you take this to the top 50 then it would be nearer 75-80% from memory. Shareholders know the value here, and will not be tempted by any low ball offer like the BCN shareholders, who had been manipulated long before the takeover offer by having allowed the Chinese to gain a 50% holding. I feel this is probably being held , nevertheless, for this very reason, so we will just have to wait until someone comes along with a decent offer starting with a £1 in the figure. In the meantime the manipulators can just waste their time.

One way or another, this activity should start and shake the sector up for the better. There is a lot of consolidation still needed for the future to make this industry right to tie in with OEM moves, and direct selling on line.

It is a shame if Vincent came over as arrogant, as this would not have been his intention. It is probably born out of frustrations at the AIM market, and brokers the likes of Liberum, who you would question the work they do, or don't do for the company. The other side his total confidence in having the worlds best hard rock spodumene deposit, which is not getting its just recognition. I am a totally confident LTH, and time will tell.

I smell a rat with the information of second hand car valuations based on my experience. I have seen valuations from We Buy Any Car go from £13750 earlier in the year to a peak of £15500 around August and now a price of £13850. Does appear to be quite a correction in the market, unless WBAC are just trying it on?

This has to be a sitting duck now, surely, with the market cap almost the same as Vertu and Marshall's, with a far superior freehold value and EDITDA figure predicted for 2021.

Too many leftie, box ticking, snowflake wokes running our media now days in many cases. Trying to please all the minority small diverse interests, but alienating a lot of the main stream audience. The CEO knows who her audience are, but instead would rather appeal to the left wing audience, half of which will never watch ITV. We need someone with a bold insight here, then the current content may be worth a fortune in the future but a lot of the current rubbish won't.

Hopefully the next few pieces of news we receive will be very special. We need a good boost here.
