GK. I think you will find DGR holding was only around 5.46% at Len's 121 presentation. Hopefully near 5% now and dropping, and a TR1 should hopefully appear soon.

Just think that the recent Pilbara auction sees the price of Spodumene SC6 equivalent increasing further, which is certainly likely to ratchet up Q4 2022, into 2023 as demand will continue to increase. We know the current contract prices are more closely following these increases, so the operating cashflow used below will only continue to go up. Now imagine a value based on a lowly P/E of 8, when past deals in this space have seen P/E's of 14+ used, and we can see where this can really go. Only thing holding the value back currently is those 24 months, but as the time ticks down, our SP will increase.

Bentnose, I could not agree more with what you say. The other problem being our chairman and senior non exec have their hands more than full with their other main companies FRG and LKE, and with all the will in the world, will not be fully focused strategically on us, which is exactly what is needed now. Look at the gems being pulled out at LKE, but badly lacking here.

Increased sales of new cars in August driven by the sale of EV's. If power charges are pegged by the new conservative PM, I don't think it will affect EV sales too much, certainly not in the short term. Lookers are positioning themselves to tie up with a lot more EV manufacturing entrants to the UK, and I suspect quite a few big Chinese ones. They are also growing with Polstar, who are doing well with EV sales. I wouldn't be too sure goinglarge.

They are using the 30mt for the PFS, but at an higher spod. price. The increased resource will come into the DFS H1 2023, hopefully on date? The increased resource will probably be stated before then though, as drill results come out and build the tonnage.

I appreciate the company would probably want investment with the new issue of shares, but MIIF have taken most previous investments by buying on the open market, also we would get no more dilution from this either. As far as the other point, I don't think DGR would sell in one lump, unless the price was right as they can have their cake and eat it, waiting for the price to rise again, as they need more funds. Also don't think they would do ALL any favours clearing the overhang of shares for sale constantly, bad blood there from what I understood from Vincent.

It would be the right sort of size stake for the MIIF, if it ever happens. Like the T/O, and other RNS's of a non resource/drilling nature.

It was said recently by Len I think, that a fair bit of the current drilling will go towards the DFS, so I can't see the current drill campaign delaying the PFS.

Spot on Swest. Allkem see September pricing going higher still for them, around $5,000 mt, and don't forget not 6% spodumene. Only trouble is I see Piedmont dictating mine build time to suit their agenda, rather than ASAP, which Vincent used to talk strongly about. I hope they get on with it, and throw everything at it.

Just read Pendragon RNS, and does not suggest things are much different yet, buy what is important is margins are keeping up on new, and staying strong on used, which more than compensates for any drop in sales. Also order books are still very strong for new vehicles. Also to come, rail travellers are going to be forced onto the roads as the service deteriorates more, if that is at all possible

By far the best result at this point in time. With the PFS due soon, and more drill results and hopefully resource increase to circa 40mt for now, followed by the ASX listing, this will be way more expensive for anyone to buy before the end of 22. Also with the Chinese purchasing anything that moves connected to lithium mining, the need for this world class resource will become much more urgent. 23 will bring DFS and mine planning and build starting.
