World markets are being fcked by manipulators right now. Like never before. It's pathetic & needs addressing urgently.

Went to Crete recently having booked with OTB. During booking process had to go to chat several times. Was usually 250 - 300 in queue. When complaining about this (when I eventually got to chat), the rep said they cannot cope with the high level of bookings hence the waiting time in queue.

She said they were desperately trying to recruit to cope with the onslaught. So there you go...

Just made a booking with them myself. The chat queues are 200 - 300 long currently, they are that busy.
I did call in to complain, but all the girl could do was apologise. She said its unprecedentedly busy hence the bad service.

I hope this comes through in an improvement in share price
