Trying to book a weekend in London this Xmas. Most hotels booked @ £250 - £400 per night. Can't get in many of the expensive restaurants there, having to go on waiting lists.

The press are easy trying to bring a recession on.

Whats actually going on out there spending and wealth wise compared to what crap we're being fed in the media is a million miles apart.
