If no-one buys shares no rise, reason for no buys the confidence in the Board. Had upmost respect in the summer with the interview with Simon potter , these days not convinced so much. Too heavily involved to sell at a loss kind of wishing they hadn’t spent over 100 million on this rainbow chase and concentrated on the other drill sites and licences I’m sure this would be worth more and no dilution. With the other sites increasing output why not use increased profits rather than giving shares away.

Well guys, I don’t post a lot on here but love to read the posts. Today nice to see slight upside,and the courts keeping us rolling along to keep this share bubbling away. All I can say is enjoy tomorrow to all keep safe enjoy what you can in these strange times let’s see how many have to have a peep on here tomorrow. This share is now causing many a concern, for months lots of guesses at the spud price to no avail.if anyone would have posted that spud price would be 2.2 they would have been laughed off the page. My concern is what happens if they find oil because this was always exploration, I always felt they would sell to someone else.the concern is they find oil stop the flow and sail away until when nobody knows, ice max is off to another job q1 next year.
As a betting person your not telling me majority on here where looking to cash in there initial investment and have free floating shares so as no oil well it was a chance or oil free big payday.how many now are working out which way this is going because by the time there has been more dilution ( which is questionable after all the publicity this project was FULLY FUNDED) why give away shares if you are confident of a find.
At the moment we don’t have much option but to wait but I just don’t see this going the way everyone was thinking, including myself.

So with that in mind I take it there will be no increase in price until a strike or not end of jan

It’s not about understanding about the process etc , it’s about understanding why the value of a business would drop so close to being so successful.WHY WOULD ANYONE SELL NOW WHEN ITS THIS CLOSE.

And all the while everything so far is positive and going to plan the price is lower than before ship sets sail a month ago.

When will there be a positive reaction to this share????

The extraction of this oil if there is any won’t be until 2022 and could take up to 25 years to extract it’s whether the demand will be the same then

Me too its nice to dream especially this time of year.Realistically may be £1 with good results the worry is a lot of negativity towards oil currently for others investing.

I don’t think BPC have the funding or infrastructure to fund a full extraction, my thoughts are to sell as a package the Licence for Trinidad, Suriname and the others before May if there is a good result from P1. Have the feeling that if someone comes with a bag of cash Simon would take it and why not after all these years of effort why put yourself through the stress of pumping out for years in a dwindling market.

Two things
Firstly there are a lot of people putting valuations on BPC that are a bit pie in the sky valuation of the business at multi billions, this well is exploration the value of oil doesn’t come into it until it’s been verified as to the quantity and quality. Also the fact who is extracting the oil and when, if this is to be BPC buy the time the supposed quantity of oil has been extracted we will be in a different world as far as oil usage is concerned. The valuations put on here are at maximum yield/a buy-out/ and fully extracted.
Secondly
I’m a little curious as to the share price currently that it’s lower now than before ship set sail, rainbow warrior isn’t involved and the chance of courts stopping drill is minimal. Also it’s as though all the other drill sites Suriname drill in Jan and the other licence has no value and everything is hinged on P1.

There are only 3 RNS sheets I would like to see

1 15th December we are here safe and sound and in position

2 End of Jan we have struck oil

3 End of Feb Exxon want to pay £3 per share

There was always going to be an attempt to cause disruption, just let the guys in the know deal with it.

If he could run the company with 29% of shares why didn’t he at 61% time and again its showed he isn’t required at the helm and correct me if I’m wrong in one of his recent tweets he said if I don’t get voted in I will walk away.

Same here complained loads
