RE: Quantity per year20 Apr 2021 19:13
From 2019 doing 42000 oz to 2.5 million going forward appears a big step forward, is there any evidence they can fulfil these targets. This is the only concern I have with these numbers, to be fair if it was the turnover was 10- 15 billion per year 2 things.
You wouldn’t sell for less 30 billion due to year on year profits and dividends plus each year the base price of material is more than likely to increase at least by 10% in view of the need for these PGM.
Secondly I think a JV would be better at these numbers , there would be an initial dividend for buy in. We then get exceptional dividends per year (hell of a pension) whilst still having an increased SP after first years dividend which would have to be at leat 60p per share (more than double current SP).
So which would you prefer on 100,000 shares, initial Special dividend of £1 = £100,000 , SP increases to north of 60p so initial investment now with £60,000 then £60,000 per year for poss 20 years makes a hell of a return.
I am aware these figures can be played about with all day long, I am just trying to have a different view on the sale prices I have seen from 60p through to £19 .
The longer this goes on the more I think we could have done with Alan Turing to make a machine to calculate share price or dividend price
