Just a reminder of the area covered by the Molly Project. It covers an area of 6656.2 hectacres which approximately 25.7 square miles.

The current Molly Project target areas are Molly 1, Molly 2, Boomerang, East Pot and Esmeril.

In the RNS of 30th March 2026 there is the following "Overall, the Board believes there is a clear pathway to growing the resource through continued drilling and exploration. If the geology continues to deliver positive results, the project has the potential to evolve into a much larger gold system, supported by multiple targets and broader district-scale potential".

Patience, whatever gold is in the ground, at Paranaiter and Molly, it's still there this morning and will be until JAN can prove that there is sufficient to mine profitably. Everything else is just noise. The experienced team have done their homework, have a lot of skin in the game and I'm sure rinse they will rinse and repeat a number of similar projects. The probability of ending up with 3 or 4 projects that are worth mining is probably 50% - 70% but how many ounces of gold that represents is anyones guess. The probability of being the next Greenland iResources is perhaps only 5% but we can still hope for a great outcome.

WE REALLY HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL WITH JAN'S MANAGEMENT TEAM.

Bring on 2027.

Given that there are mining facilities in place around Jangada, I have been assuming that JAN would try and use local production facilities to reduce timescales rather than extend timescales on their own production facilities once they have fully defined the gold resources available and the cost of getting the gold to market.

If JAN builds its own production facilities I suspect that environmental and production permits, construction and testing ect, would add at least 12 - 18 months to the exploration timescales.

Any thoughts are welcome, especially from those with experience of the mining industry or aware of comments made by JAN's management that I may have missed.

Don't post here very often but keep a watching eye on events. Looks as this might be starting to move upwards along with the gold price.

Holding on to shares invested here and resisting the temptation to switch for short term potential gains.

I bought into Jan on the basis that the Paranita project ticked all the right boxes, old mine with documented reserves, fast track project using the hub & spoke concept, mining / financing team with over 200 years successful experience many of which involved Brazilian gold mines, local regulatory experience, local infrastructure in place etc. etc.

If anyone could create a new gold major in Brazil in double quick time, then theses were the guys to do it.

So without further investment (on my part) and within 3-4 months, the team have added the Molly project onto the menu and the are still talking about further projects (plural) so we may even be ;looking at 4 for the price of 1.

The new projects are being developed in parallel to Paranita in order to reduce the elapsed timescales.

I haven't seen any references to the processing of the gold ore so I'm making the assumption that they will use gold processing facilities within the hub.

Looking forward to the rest of 2026 and beyond.

According to my exploration model (based on many assumptions & guesses at the moment) I have Paranita going into production in April 2027 and Molly in August 2027. So what is the MCAP going to be in August 2027 with both projects in production.........£250m - £500m and say 1,000m shares which equates to 25p-50p.

We can see by Paulo's actions that the team is serious about rapidly building a major gold producer at pace. Within a week of the Molly project being announced they had started drilling with 3 drill rigs and 5 crews. By using 3 rigs and 5 crews they will be substantially reduce drilling timescales. By running the Paranita and Molly projects in parallel (offset by 5 months) they can deliver Molly 5 months or so later than Parenita and opening up the prospect of both projects moving into production during 2027. Take the same strategy and add a third project in a few months time and we could see all 3 projects moving into production during 2027. The level of comms will double now we have added the Molly projected and triple, if as we suspect, a third project is started up again in parallel. As each major milestone is achieved, across the projects and the risks are reduced, the MCAP will rise accordingly giving us 3 projects with gold production by the end of 2027. We need to start thinking about the potential MCAP of the 3 projects together rather than just Paranita.

They also have the option to move forward with the The Pitombeiras vanadium titanomagnetite ('VTM') Project when the market is right.

Hold onto those shares.

16/02/26 Drilling commenced on the Molly Gold Project with not 1 but 3 drilling rigs and 5 crews!

Also expecting the assay results from the Paranita Gold Project to land before the end of next week.

Totally agree that Paolo is trying to grow the proven resources very aggressively. The Molly project has many similarities with the Paranaita project and they will running in parallel. Looking at timescales, the Molly project with its imminent start will run 3-4 months behind Paranoia and hopefully both will be moving into production during 2026.

So I'm looking forward to twice as many RNS's as we go through 2026 plus the prospect another gold project coming onto the books later this year.

It looks as if Paolo may well have a list of similar prospective projects lined up ready for the business model that takes previously identified gold projects from exploration to production in less than a year.

At a possible run rate of up to 3 projects a year this is looking like a dream company and the SP will look after itself as the projects are derisked and the reserves keep rising.
