Sounds like fraud if someone inflates the listings / sales ratio in order to get a sale. That is bad enough but there is no refund if there is no sale. Watchdog was a real eye opener on the shady company practices that PB are using. Watch the program on Iplayer and make up your own mind up. At least with an EA if they don't get a sale then there is no fee, with PB there is no incentive for the salesperson to get a sale through.

The sp could take a big hit over the coming days. This was a Gerald Ratner moment for PB.
